staff at reception really friendly room clean
when I arrived card machine did not work and therefore could not lock the door or had to always get sb to open door staff at restaurant were not really friendly
Location friendly staff
Poor Wi-Fi reception in room--would lose reception
the power shower
While the interior was generally fine my heart sank when I first saw the building - it looked very shabby and neglected. The bedroom was very small but comfortable tho'.
room decor comfy beds good staff close to hospital
noise - major issue door close really loudly deliveries and buses that park in hotel make alot of noise really early soundproofing is very poor lack of choice on menu menu was very expensive for the quality/portion of food available
Noisy bin pickups outside at five every morning, rooms hot not able to open windows very much. On the whole not an enjoyable experience
The quality of the food was excellent, standards had remained at the highest levels since the last visit 4years ago.
The lateness of being able to eat at night, due to coach tours.
Decor/interior nice. Staff pleasant enough.
Over priced for what looks on the outside like an office block and what on the inside isn't anything special, could have been just as comfortable if not more so in budget hotel. Very noisy during night, heard every voice and door closing, must have paper thin walls. Wouldn't return.
Good location Nice rooms Nice lobby
Poor Wi-fi connection Food too expensive
Location handy for visiting nearby nursing home, nice room, pleasant bar
was nice ,clean , and not far from center and secc !
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff The cleanliness of the room and bathroom
I have stayed here a number of times. It is always very good value
Room was really hot
Location Staff Room facilities Value for money
Neighbouring room noisy at 5am, staff were excellent. Only downside of our stay.
Staff helpful Situation good with train nearby Would be nice to see a few tables outside where one could sit with a coffee in good weather.
Dining room dinner menu not changed much since last year. Sink stopper in ensuite - fitting broken at back of taps. Kettle broken - another one was supplied. Pathway leading into hotel is really in need of cleaning. Presents a poor image.
Accommodation and staff ok generally and food was good
The room I was given was located by the hotel kichen extraction system which tarnished the whole hotel experience
Comfortable Room Parking Location Restaurant Staff
Noise from neighbouring rooms
Breakfast, Quick check-in, Flat screen
The towels had a bad smell. The shower faucet didn't work properly. The triple room was too small for 3 people with one handluggage each. We stumbled on our staff all the time. The rooms were not soundproof enough causing us to wake up early in the morning by the noise.
The staff where brilliant. Went out of their way to help which made our 2 night stay enjoyable
There was nothing to dislike
staff were really nice, had a tasty meal or two, comfy bed, rooms were reasonably quiet too
staff were not aware of public transport options
PLEASANT ROM, NICE WELCOME
VERY NOISY EARLY AM
