Comfort of room and efficient showering and toilet facilities. I always miss not having a bath. The option of a simple cooked breakfast may be an advantage. |

The hotel was very convienent to the shops and pubs..the night staff were excellant.. The receptionist that was on duty when our party arrived was very unpleasent, but it was only the one the rest of the staff were first class..she was a duty manager but definetly needs to learn more about meet and greet.. |

The location was excellent as we were on a shopping trip and all the shops were within a few minutes walk (St Enoch centre, Argyll St, Buchanan St, etc). The staff we encountered were extremely helpful and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Central station was approximately 10 minutes walk from the hotel. |

Very friendly staff, good banter, very polite. Great location. My sofa bed was actually broken so I didn't have a very comfortable night as I just thought it was a bit of a strange design. It wasn't till morning when I looked under the sheets that I saw it was a bar that had broken but reception was great and gave me money back off the room so no problems there. |

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, proximity to city centre Room not fully cleaned, found debris from previous occupant. Room was small for group, had been allocated room 142 but ended up in 111, much smaller. Smell of Domestos/chlorine was pervasive. |

Stayed at the hotel before catching a train out to Prestwick for a Ryan Air flight, Hotel was clean, comfortable and in a good location. About a 10 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was average, but did the job. Pub next door had karaoke on and was a little annoying. Don't think it went too late? |

the staff were so friendly they couldnt do enough for you. on arriving the first room we were shown to had blood stains on the carpet which someone had tried to rub with a damp cloth.we reported this to reception and were changed right away.when i wakened on my last morning my duvet cover had worked its way free to reveal blood stains on the duvet you can imagine my horror at realising i had slept for two nights with this over me.tis is a bad reflection on housekeeping. |

Location is good for central Glasgow and price reasonable. Not convenient for car users as no parking facilities. Arrived at 11pm Friday night and NCP car parks (half a mile away) were closed. Didn't use the kettle in the room as it was very dirty. This is unusual for Holiday Inns and was dissapointing. |

The hotel was well situated for city centre shops, train station, night life and parking was close at hand. The hotel staff itself are helpful and the hotel room was very clean, neat and tidy. |
