Location and view from room. My husbands 60th Birthday treat and helped to make the time special

There was a sameness about the breakfast, it could have been varied

As I booked this hotel 3days prior to arrival thought the price,service and cleanliness of hotel were fantastic . I normally always use Hilton 5 star but would probably use the holiday inn from now on x

Location,very central,to the places we wanted to see.

No radiators in the room,only air-con heater,which makes one feel ill after a while,I know as I have them in my holiday home,dry throat etc.It was cold over night,because of this reason we will not stay there again.

Location and staff.

Disappointed on second morning at choice of cooked food for breakfast. When asked for scrambled eggs we were told that there was no eggs left because they had been busy the previous morning.

The only criticism (if you could call it that) was that they don't serve bacon at breakfast!!!

Central location, parking 2 minutes' from the hotel at discounted rate, great staff and clean room.

The window did not shut properly meaning there was a bit of noise audible from traffic, but this wasn't a major complaint.

Cheap and nice staff

We loved the location: it is basically located in the city centre, you can reach Buchanan Street (the shopping centre), as the Merchant city and old high street in 10mins by foot. We also had a lovely walk to the Conference Centre walking along the river Clyde which was just few minutes away. The room was very comfortable, bright and spacious. People at the reception were very nice and professional, as the cleaners. I definitely recommend this hotel!

My partner wasn't totally happy about the breakfast because it was continental and he was expecting a full Scottish breakfast, but for me it was fine.

Handy and convenient for purpose of our trip

Great location - only a street away from shops, restaurants and bars. Good hearty breakfast available. Clean room and really friendly and helpful staff. Free papers available in the lobby and a comfy area t chill out after breakfast with a cuppa.

Location / breafast/ value/

Personaly I found the room too cold , the warm air system difficult to control , the air felt warm only below the unit the other end of the room near the window was actualy cold at all times , you could still feel the air blowing but it was like a cold draft,all this was even with me understanding the controls, setting the heater to 25 deg and the blower to minimum, I do not think I would return to this hotel for this reason ( too cold) I also think the hotel could do more to help disabled. Some doors were hard and akward to use

Rooms were very comfortable, Staff were very polite and value fro money was excellent

The breakfast and facilites were really poor
