The staff and service was excellent. The young lady on the desk at night should be used as a model to demonstrate how to make customers feel very special. Our stay excelled all our expectations. There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

It was all very good Can't think of anything I didn't like altho' the light switch in the bathroom was stuck! ( cord type ) and the washhand basin stopper would not release to free the water

The location and price was excellent, also breakfast included was a great bonus, large rooms plenty of space and the staff were very professional and friendly especially the two gentlemen on night duty at the bar We thought that the drinks at bar were a bit pricey considering the overall price of the hotel and comparing them to other bars we went into they were more expensive

The room was spacious, comfortable bed, TV with varios programs. The breakfast was very good - english one and cereal and fruits. The staff was friendly and helpful. The situation of the hotel - just two minutes walk is one of the shopping centers and the main street. Within close range of central station, main attractions, pubs. Free wi-fi in the lobby. There is much to be desired in the matter of cleanliness (dirty towels). The air condition in my room needs to be cheked up - there was a malfunction in the last day of the stay.

Position was ideal for seeing Glasgow. Nice quiet room at back of hotel. Spacious and extremely clean bathroom and bedroom We were told as they had a large party in not to come down for breakfast until 9.00 a.m. which we did, but there was no hot food left. My husband if more would be coming from the kitchen and was told there wasnt any more left - cereals, croissants etc were available just no sausage, eggs etc.

I didnt get a e-mail about my booing And when I called the hotel they said it was ok because I was booked in ! but when I went to pay the bill they charged me ! £125 not happy ! there is no way I would have booked at the prise !

Friendly, chatty male member of staff on Reception. Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. Hotel felt very secure. Noise from other guests during the night whilst they were arguing in the corridor. Breakfast VERY shambolic. No cutlery, no plates, Hot food was actually cold. Area seemed very under staffed.
