perfect for city centre and close to all ammenities

The price was good, fairly big room, kind staff.

Even though we were allowed to check in a couple of hours before check in time, they gave us a room that was already been used. Luckily, nobody was in the room at the moment otherwise the situation would have been a lot more awkward. The second room they gave us was very close to a busy bar and street. We could hear - very loud - the sound of cars/busses on the street and the music from the club.

The fast and quick service the young lad called sean gave us when we arrived and told us to have a good stay aswell which we did. The view from our window was the riverclyde.

The breakfast area is small and theres not many tables we were lucky to find one.

Was very quiet at night,beds were comfortable,shower was good ,breakfast was good.

Only complaint was the parking situation,cost us 10.00 for our overnight stay in a run down open air car park.there was no vouchers left at desk .all other hotels we stay in use q park and pay something towards the cost.

Good location given price; within walking distance of city centre amenities. Pleasant, clean room and bathroom.

Despite the discount offered by the hotel the private carpark (ncp) across the road is expensive as it not secure; it is basically just an old demolition site. It takes just just one member of staff to colour one's view of the service in a hotel and one coloured ours! One of the assistants at breakfast (which was nothing like as good as the Campanile in which we had stayed the night before) was quite abrasive, bustling people out of the way and when I jokingly said, 'I appear to be in your way,' replied 'Yes, you are!' Without a hint of humour. We can all have an 'off day' but she was just as surly the next day. The guy on the desk, by contrast, was charm itself! Sorry if this part of the review sounds like a complaint but I'm not sure about the difference between things we didn't like and a complaint.

The best attribute of holiday Inn Express Riverside is the Dog Friendly status of the hotel,excellent. Parking is close by,and hotel offers a great deal for using the car park,note,check in first to obtain the ticket then park up for the night. was a little noisy due to it being Easter weekend and the culmination of the premier league,thus a lot of extra people, and a little tipsy using the hotel,nevertheless a great location,nice hotel and would use again.

A river wiew room was ordered - did`nt provided!!! No parking.

As usual Holiday Inn brand lives up to its standards. No problems - polite staff - all round good experience.

Easy access to town centre and shopping

Location,very central,to the places we wanted to see.

No radiators in the room,only air-con heater,which makes one feel ill after a while,I know as I have them in my holiday home,dry throat etc.It was cold over night,because of this reason we will not stay there again.

My daughter was attending a concert and the Holiday Inn express was only a 5 minute walk from the venue. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was also great value.

Clean and in a good location Night shift staf was very friendly!

I called the reception for an iron and iron board and I was asked to come to pick it up in the reception. The quality of the iron and the board were of a very poor quality, so I was not even able to use them. No bathtub!
