Really nice staff, best beds in a hotel I have ever slept on Disabled parking was not available as there were Christmas paties on at the hotel and all spaces were taken up by non disabled visitors. Also, breakfast Orange juice was so watered down it was undrinkable - such a shame to spoil a very good breakfast for the sake of a decent glass of orange juice ! |

We were impressed by the facilities in the hotel. The pool area was very well maintained. The ease of access to SECC was our main reason for choosing this hotel andwe would choose it again We asked for extra milk for the room which took 90 mins to arrive |

i enjoyed the food and the relaxed atmosphere,the staff were very friendly and very attentive. I attended a concert at the secc and the location of the hotel was excellent i didnt even have to go outside as hotel had a walk way straight to the secc. |

The room was very comfortable, had everything we needed and more. Maybe one point to note would be to have a better TV in the room. The food at the restaurant was excellent, but unless you go for the Hot Table offer it is quite expensive. Would definitely recommend this hotel |

I was going to a gig in the Clyde Auditorium and it could not have been better situated. Had foo in the bar whihc was served very quickly and very hot. |

the hotel had plenty to offer if staying for a couple of nights and was a great base for the secc and othar nearby attractions booked a table in the restuarant but it took 45 mins to get our starter and not much better for our main course was a bit miserable to be charged extra for cheap frozen chips,the room was very dull and round the edge of the bath could have looked cleaner |

The comfort and cleanliness of my room. The proximity of the hotel to the SEEC. The view from my room was excellent. Breakfast was well run and good value. |

Ease of access to SEC and city shopping. Standard of food from room service was excellent. Helpful staff. Age at which children could use jacuzzi was a disappointment to our 15 year old daughter |
