The room was very comfortable, had everything we needed and more. Maybe one point to note would be to have a better TV in the room. The food at the restaurant was excellent, but unless you go for the Hot Table offer it is quite expensive. Would definitely recommend this hotel |

the hotel had plenty to offer if staying for a couple of nights and was a great base for the secc and othar nearby attractions booked a table in the restuarant but it took 45 mins to get our starter and not much better for our main course was a bit miserable to be charged extra for cheap frozen chips, the room was very dull and round the edge of the bath could have looked cleaner |

The comfort and cleanliness of my room. The proximity of the hotel to the SEEC. The view from my room was excellent. Breakfast was well run and good value. |

Ease of access to SEC and city shopping. Standard of food from room service was excellent. Helpful staff. Age at which children could use jacuzzi was a disappointment to our 15 year old daughter |

overall a very enjoyable stay, but the food was beautiful, and we chose to eat there at all times during our stay rather than go out.. during the day there was no hot water for shower or bath.. |

The fact you could walk straight through to the SECC. Try and clean the rooms... might help a bit. |

Breakfast was excellent. Discount price when booked.. Staff delt with our complaints very well. Toilet did not flush paper away in room. Room smelt of stail smoke. Running and dripping water noise coming from above air conditioning unit. |
