The spa was the best, being able to go swimming or sit in the hot tub, steam room and sauna Cleaning service. We were out most of the morning/ day and at 4pm that's when the cleaners were round to change the towels. But because we were in the room we had to just get fresh towels instead.

Access road was restricted due to works on bells bridge . Unable to open a window for fresh air and air conditioning was blowing hot air only , as a result room was only just bearable temperaturewise .

We checked in around 9.30pm after traveling without eating, asked if we could have a meal in hotel and yes it wasn't a problem, we went down to restaurant around 10.15pm and had a lovely meal. Staff were very pleasant and hotel beautiful.

Clean, friendly staff, efficient service. Breakfast excellent Room too warm at night, couldn't open a window but eventually managed with air con although air con too noisy to leave on overnight. Pillows to hard but I prefer a softer one so other visitors may not be too bothered about this.

Excellent business class hotel with expected range of facilities. Having to wait 15 minutes to check-in at 18:30 p.m., hardly a peak period, without apology from reception staff is not what one would expect from a 4 star hotel. "It's the small things that make the difference." Indeed it is...

The proximity and covered walk way to the secc. The excellent service from friendly staff.. Breakfast Room could have been a bit cleaner and the windows did not open. Air conditioning had to be on as it was so warm and the air condition was noisy.

When we were told that we could order a meal in the bar on checking in until midnight that night. We were going to a concert and that suited our plans. The bar staff - when we tried to order our meal only to be told the kitchen was closed we would have to go to our room and use room service. However a wonderful man called scott helped us out and got us our meal. We saw him having to help out others as well who had been let down by the bar staff.

the ease of access to SECC. good sized beds quiet corridors so no disturbance. Limited restuarant space for pre-teatre meal so had to queue for bar supper space at 6.00pm and queued for 30 mins at 9.00am for breakfast creating problems with my medication.
