From the time we received a very warm welcome from the reception staff to the time we left, we could not fault the hotel. We were up for two concerts at the SECC and particularly liked the fact that the hotel is linked directly to the venue.Our room had fantastic views along the river and was extremely comfortable. |

The staff were exceptionally courteous,helpful and well informed. It might have been the time of day/week but check-in/out was very fast - something that is very important to those who travel between hotels a lot - or even if you're tired after a long journey. Well done CP. As someone once said "I'll be back!" Only one packet of biscuits in the room on arrival (for two people) but many sachets of tea/coffee etc. You're obviously trying to watch my waistline!..and I can hear you saying if that's all he can complain about, we must be good. And you are. |

i enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the leisure facilities are good and at breakfast there was a good choice of continental as well as cooked breakfast. the only thing that i felt annoyed at was after spending a considerable amount of money in the hotel we were charged for parking our car in the hotel grounds it was a small amount but was just the principal of the thing surely you can wave these charges if you are paying guest. |

We were upgraded and found the expeience most enjoyable. The bar prices were reasonable and the breakfast was very good. As the hotel is connected to the SECC, we enjoyed our whole concert experience. |

It has a very relaxed and relaxing atmosphere and the facilities are fantastic. The access to the hotel is not great but the roadworks going on did not help and at least it was signposted. |

Its location and direct link to the SECC as we were going to a concert. And, the breakfast. The layout, reception, bar and eating all on ground floor which was very busy. |
