The pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room & Exercise facilties were very good. Noise from the freeway, had trouble sleeping. Need to upgrade facilties. It had old rundown feeling. Front desk was dirty and disorganized. Cupboard door were hanging down. Overall the hotel needs a make over. |

What I really appreciate was the time to go home. This hotel is really bad. It is the worst hotel when I've stayed in until today. A week to forget. Swallow Hotel...NEVER. The staff is unfriendly, the breakfast is the same all the days and poor, the familiar rooms are small, the furniture is very 'tired', the heater needs a new painting, only a small soap was provide for 7 days and 3 people, the final account didn't correspond to the price pointed by booking.com. |

1) It would be nice to sort out heating system - it was an almost unbearable cold in the room, 2) there was no hot water in the shower in the morning, 3) install a normal mixer instead of ridiculous separate taps for cold/hot water, 4) shower nozzle holder was broken making it impossible to fix the nozzle properly, 5) please don't put kettle and tea in the farthest drawer of the TV stand - it was the least likely place to look at |

Close to hospital, this was why i picked the hotel. I paid for a family room but ended up with a double room, son was unable to stay with us. |

we visited Glasgow shopping centre which was easily accessable by bus from the stop straight over the road. We aslo went to The Dr Who Exhibition which we were disappointed in. However on the whole we enjoyed our stay probably due to the lovely staff in the hotel. The food was reasonably priced. I have to say we were very dissapointed in the bathroom in the room. The grout on the tiles was all covered in mildue it smelled of damp and floor sealant between the bath and the floor was black. The shower was extremely slow resulting in having to bath as that was actually quicker. The wine was expensive at approx £20 for a bottle you could buy for £6 in a supermarket. Whilst I know that they need to make a profit i felt ripped off slightly. |

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was great. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts too. The staff were helpful and polite. No direct access to our floor level by lift. |

I was very disappointed with the rooms which the staff moved me twice as I was not happy with the sound proofing of the passing traffic. The first room I had, we were awake most of the night due to the lift noise which was next to the lift on the 2nd floor, cannot remember the first 2 room numbers. Ended up in room 208. |

The location and price are nice. And the parking space is well enough for everyone. it's really lovely! Sure! The receptionist should be well trained! They (both the man working in the afternoon and the female one working in the evening) worked really slowly! We even had to quene for checking in and asking some questions. |
