The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely Small, shabby room with very small window which only opened slightly, therefore the room was stifling. We asked for a fan but there was none. |

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were too hot. The towel rails in the bathroom could do with having an "off" switch and the rooms could do with having a thermostat so the guest can select their own room temperature. |

The cleanliness of the bathroom. Only one person at reception so had to queue both for checking in and checking out. It was rather unpleasant as we were very very tired. |

The breakfast was nice. The location also was good ...very quiet n relaxing n was walking distance from the subway to the city centre. I would like the reception staffs to be more open...jovial n outgoing!!!! The reason why am saying that is that on the booking I was supposed to do my check-in at 2p.m but the man on the reception took ages to allocate me my room and he was very cold n with attitude...... |
