I love it because it is not a big business hotel, full of people! there should have a bath form in the toilet because at the end of the I was so looking forward to have a bath and what I have just a hot water without the bath form! |

The friendly staff were always on hand to assist in any matter Quite a large hotel and easy to get lost, perhaps issue a small layout plan with your keys |

I like the security of a city centre hotel. Also, like the roof garden it is very tranquil and again when up there you wouldn't know you were in the middle of a big city. I couldn't see to dry my hair, the mirror in our room was too high and the flex on the hair dryer was too short to reach the long mirror. |

Beautiful room, linen, rooftop garden (which the floor to ceiling glass door and window open out onto. Excellent view of Edinburgh and nicely central. Not the cheapest hotel ever but certainly much cheaper than the equivalent quality anywhere else in Edinburgh at the moment The bathroom isn't brilliantly thought out - a wet room with no glass panel so everything gets soaked. And it's a shame there's no attached bar or restaurant, but I suppose that's why it's comparatively cheap for a boutique hotel. |

The helpful, friendly staff, the excellent air-conditioned room with wonderful views, the roof terrace, central location. I was disappointed that our room was not ready when we arrived; there was a delay of over one hour. |

From entering the door we were made to feel extremely welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were all so helpfull, the room was just out of this world. Breakfast was to die for |

The comfort and luxury of the room and the fact that it is ideally located for seeing the sights of Edinburgh. The only thing i did not like is that there were no leisure facilities in hotel. |

Staff were very helpful, room was lovely, access to the roof garden was great. Room service was excellent. There was a lovely chap with a hat at the door (William?) who was very kind to my little girl and always made her smile, she still talks about him! Perhaps a wee sofa instead of all 5 chairs in the room might have been nice! Staff were too polite and friendly, I am not good with attention but I am sure this would suit lots of people. |

Staff were fantastic, great personal attention and service. Room service food was good and not to pricey. Roof top garden is an excellent spot to sit and relax The twin room in which my daughters stayed was on floor two directly over an outdoor bar area and busy road junction. The noise from that and a nightclub kept them awake until 3am the first night and they bought ear plugs the next morning for the following night |
