Location and hotel were clean and picturesque
We stayed 3 in a room and my feet hung out of cot bed they set up for me I am only five feet eight!! Had to go looking for oh each morning as was empty on both occasions
The whole atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff couldn't do enough Excellent food Great atmosphere Used by locals a lot Spacious, modern decor rooms Free wifi Jacuzzi bath & tv in bathroom Competitive price
mattress was starting to wilt, but then again mattresses are subjective, wifi poor in bedrooms but great in public areas not enough electrical points in bedrooms
The food was tremendous; the steak pie was the most tender I've ever had and the Cajun chicken was very tasty and both were of generous proportion. Breakfast also very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was cold when we arrived, but after speaking to staff member the heating was quickly put on and room was fine in no time.
Food - lunch, tea and breakfast Facilities in room Location was quiet so no noise overnight No disturbance from other guests even with a function taking place First stay in room with tv in bathroom :)
One of party struggled with hardness of mattress WiFi was difficult to keep connected during evening - in room and eating areas
Close to where we needed to be.
trash can full, decorative shower curtain stained.
Quiet peaceful location. Nice room, good service and excellent full breakfast. Would certainly stay here again.
Warm welcome and extremely helpful. Well appointed rooms. Excellent value Quiet but accessible location.
First impressions great - looks good and settings are lovely. Nice helpful and friendly staff. Nice food.
Not going to mention the negatives as this would not be fair. Just a few things that they could do to improve matters. I would definitely stay there again, based on my destinations the next day.
Enjoyed the location, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Good food. Wide choice at breakfast. Ample parking. Would definitely stay again.
Never managed to connect to wifi (across multiple devices and after router reset) Some noise from function on Saturday night. (Smokers in car park) Not overly excessive though. TV in bathroom had a mind of its own.
Both the food and the service were just perfect. The Lady owner is the perfect hostess
To be honest, I felt that the bedroom could have been a lot lighter in decor and furnishings. The throw on the bed was black and I do think that was where I lost my phone charger as it was black too and I must have missed it when I was packing up.
I liked everything about the place, the staff went out of their way to help us and make sure we were taken care of.
Very Friendly Hotel and good food, warm welcome and homely location
nothing to speak of.
The whole family really enjoyed to stay at Glazert Hotel. The friendliness of all was fantastic. This is a perfect location for going to Glasgow or further up north to Loch Lochmond. The food in the pub/ restaurant was also very delicious. We can highly recommend Glazert Hotel and we will definitely come back.
The WiFi connection was not working properly in our room, but this was really a minor matter.
Really nice exterior. Superb food at dinner. Room large. Had a Jacuzzi!
TV was very temperamental, but it was a place to stay for the night.
Very comfortable and homely pub environment
Wifi reception is not great and someone else's remote appeared to control the tv in my room.
location staff local pubs freindly local residents
shower did not work but had a jaccusi bath so made up for it
The food in the restaurant was very good. Try the haggis!
No substantial dislikes.
staff were very friendly
everything-particularly the professional service and the adhoc open mike night that sounded rebellious and full of spirit:]:]
Excellent value. Good food. And a nice up to date room
Nothing not to like
Friendly and helpfull staff; spacious comfortable room; delightful well-kept gardens.
Nothing to dislike.
the room was small for money.
Staff were absolutely fantastic so accommodating. The place was really clean. Breakfast was fantastic and we order take away food which was absolutely Superb. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The power of the shower in room 5, wasn't great, however it was great in room 8 The wifi kept dropping out but that could be the Campsie Hills
friendly welcome I arrived at gone 11 at night
