I liked everything about the place, the staff went out of their way to help us and make sure we were taken care of.
Very Friendly Hotel and good food, warm welcome and homely location
nothing to speak of.
The whole family really enjoyed to stay at Glazert Hotel. The friendliness of all was fantastic. This is a perfect location for going to Glasgow or further up north to Loch Lochmond. The food in the pub/ restaurant was also very delicious. We can highly recommend Glazert Hotel and we will definitely come back.
The WiFi connection was not working properly in our room, but this was really a minor matter.
Really nice exterior. Superb food at dinner. Room large. Had a Jacuzzi!
TV was very temperamental, but it was a place to stay for the night.
Very comfortable and homely pub environment
Wifi reception is not great and someone else's remote appeared to control the tv in my room.
location staff local pubs freindly local residents
shower did not work but had a jaccusi bath so made up for it
The food in the restaurant was very good. Try the haggis!
No substantial dislikes.
staff were very friendly
everything-particularly the professional service and the adhoc open mike night that sounded rebellious and full of spirit:]:]
Excellent value. Good food. And a nice up to date room
Nothing not to like
Friendly and helpfull staff; spacious comfortable room; delightful well-kept gardens.
Nothing to dislike.
the room was small for money.
Staff were absolutely fantastic so accommodating. The place was really clean. Breakfast was fantastic and we order take away food which was absolutely Superb. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The power of the shower in room 5, wasn't great, however it was great in room 8 The wifi kept dropping out but that could be the Campsie Hills
friendly welcome I arrived at gone 11 at night
not enough time
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Couldn't get the satalite tv to work or the tv in the bathroom during the stay.
Excellent breakfast.efficient friendly staff.
Wi-fi bit hit and miss.better coverage be a bonus.
I liked everything from the grounds, to the help of Paul who I want to point out is on of the best hotel people I have ever met. Completely service oriented. The staff was lighthearted and pleasure making it feel both professional and homely. I live at a lodge so I really can appreciate good staff and a cordial relaxed environment. Even when they were racing back and forth serving a meal to a large group of women, they were so on top of it and concentrated but still smiled at us as they went by. FABULOUS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think with the great quality of service there that a better internet would be in order. It is a shame in such a fine establishment that the internet is so under par. Paul was great though did all he could do to get me where I could try to get my recording uploaded. I am an author and a speaker and not being able to upload my material for a recorded call later that day was not good.
Poor maintenance and cleanliness. Noisy event
Excellent location, great food and really friendly staff.
Fantastic staff, very welcoming.
The wifi didn't work very well in the room.
Loved the tv in the bathroom and the spa bath - a perfect way to soothe the long drive i'd undertaken that day. Food in the pub was fantastic, and the log fire was the icing on the cake! I will definitely come and stay here again.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They catered very well for my gluten intolerance. Surrounding area/location very nice. Spa bath was also a real treat.
Although the room had been modernised some aspects could have been better such as the carpet and a shelf or shelving unit in bathroom. There was a bit of dust in corners which could easily be resolved and new grout around tiles and shower would be worth the investment.
Very friendly staff. Little cottage room was very nice and comfortable.
Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was very nice, service was very good.
Our room was dirty; lots of dust behind the bedside units, hair all over the bathroom floor, very dirty grout in the bathroom especially round the tv. Needs a good scrub! We were expecting a lot more considering there are only 5 rooms!
