The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for day trips to Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, and Kenilworth Caslte. The room was very clean with beautiful decor and view of the gardens. Absolutely lovely conservatory for dining! Great free wifi.

The bathroom fixtures could use updating. My pasta for lunch must have been out of a tin.

The room we stayed in had a connecting door to the room next door. Very noisy family staying in the other room.

Friendly Hotel. Large bedroom, that had just been redecorated to a good standard.

Could still smell fresh paint, and this kept me awake. There was also no window to open at night, which didn't help.

convenient location for our weekend break in Warwick visiting family. Comfortable rooms, clean well equipped bathroom, friendly staff, helpful and always ready to get more freshly cooked food if items were running out, even bringing it to your table.

this hotel appears tired and in need of some TLC in terms of updating wallpaper, curtains (conservatory) etc. would appreciate choice of fresh fruit at breakfast, not tinned.

The facilities provided are fair for the room rate. It is close to a motorway but has a village atmosphere. Staff were friendly. Easy to find.

The church next door, where bells are rung each morning at 0700, 0800 and 0900. The bed mattress was hard. The bathroom, especially the shower need updating. The TV had poor reception - not even able to receive ITV1! The bar snack of jacket potato was poor, in fact the worse one that my wife and I have ever experienced.

Friendly staff, cleanliness and lovely breakfast. We were lucky to have the spa facilities to ourselves on all three occasions. Easy to find, lovely gardens and ample parking. Situated in a welcoming village setting.

Our room (206) was 'compact' but acceptable and the hotel is looking a little tired in places.

Situated perfectly for Warwick and Leamington Spa Breakfast good

The hotel room was not ready, in fact a disgrace even though we were given a key to say it was ready. When we walked in I wouldnt let my child in! Net curtains filthy, bathroom tiling falling to pieces, shower went all over the floor, no heating in room (radiator didnt work) and generally poor all round.

Very pleasant reception staff and made to feel welcome (so important!). room was clean and quiet. We liked the price of £80 but would not pay £150 for the room (we don't usually use the spa facilities in hotels so understand why the price might be as high as £150).

The double bed was far too small - the smallest we have seen and we travel a lot!

They take dogs & they don't charge extra.

The hotel is really nice and tidy. It's clean with friendly staff and a great location

I booked a feature room and paid the extra rate. This was, although nice, very small room, with typical 90s decor. I was expecting a four poster bed, but there was nothing 'feature' about it.

Good value for the money: excellent location, clean, nice breakfast (if you like a traditional English breakfast).
