Nice hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff, nice pool, gym, restaurant, bar, library, breakfast ok, nice location right next to an old church. You do need a car if you stay here. I found the dinner a bit expensive for what you actually get. Still, the food was really ok. Also, you need to pay for internet usage. |

Surprisingly breakfast very nice, lady on reception desk when checking out was very nice. The "feature room" we were apparently staying in very disappointing, bed needed throwing out, very uncomfortable. The young man at reception desk on arrival gave very poor service. Asked for a taxi to be booked in the evening, after 20 minutes enquired about our taxi, staff member replied "oh f**k, I forgot I will do it now". Is this really acceptable?. My husband and I have a young family, an opportunity arose for just the two of us to have a weekend break unfortunately we stayed in a badly run hotel, we will never return and only recommend people do not stay there. |

The hotel was comfortable and staff were friendly and obliging. The pool, sauna and gym facilities added to a good experience. Good breakfast in the conservatory. Pleasant village location and within easy reach of Stratford and Warwick. The hotel offered very good value for money. |

Staff very pleasant, only had to ask once if you wanted anything. Nice setting and convenient for all areas of interest. Good size hotel room as needed extra bed. Dinner provision limited and poor value. Soggy toast for breakfast (re-cycled!?) Room over reception - very noisy until 2.30am following a wedding reception. |

Staff were welcoming both in reception and breakfast room. Room was large enough and comfortable The hotel exterior had a very tired look with flaking paint etc in places. Bed was on the small side and I have strong personal preference for duvets not sheets and blankets |

Stayed with family in excellent sized suite for the money, breakfast good. 5 minutes from Warwick Castle so great location for our trip. There was a party on the night we stayed, and although no noise in the room there were no facilities for residents only. A small village so nothing to do early evening unless you want to drive into Warwick. |

Very handily placed for access (by car) to Warwick and surrounding countryside. Access to leisure suite a plus - small pool, sauna, steam room (which wasn't working) and gym. Didn't see hotel to it's advantage because of a wedding reception, which we hadn't expected (on a Sunday). It spilled into the very small entrance hall and rooms around it. With our bedroom right above the entrance, and people talking loudly until well after midnight, we didn't get much sleep, and had to park the car on the narrow road outside. Wedding also made public areas of hotel unusable. |

The hotel staff were pleasant and informative all the way from the front desk to the cleaner. Ther was a slightly odd/damp smell in my room almost as if it needed a good airing. Everything else was fine. |
