Beer Garden and accommondation
Close to the town centre
Hotel is a bit "tired" and could do with a facelift. Shower soaked the bathroom floor.
Location, staff, breakfast
Size if room as in attic
I liked the place, close to centre, good parking available and WIFI.
The room was wet and cold when we arrived, not clean enough (hairs on bath floor - quite a lot). Cleaning not every day, needed to ask for missed toilet paper for example. Not working heating one afternoon during stay. Breakfast buffet quite poor.
Its so near the shops and has its own off street parking
Location and ease of parking. Comfortable room. Breakfast very good quality.
Not being told that we would be in a separate building and had to walk some way outside to the bar and restaurant. Alright if not raining heavily.
Room was very small and TV was hanging from the wall. Had to support it with an overnight case. Breakfast was not great. Overall very poor value for money
Clean and spacious room, nice breakfast and restaurant was also good for dinner
Bathroom - awkwardly laid out, needs updating Wifi kept dropping out, had to constantly login
Good location. The restaurant ran out of food sunday night
Limited menu at testaurant sunday night
Room small. En-suite tiny.
The size of our room. The location of the hotel. The bistro restaurant.
The member of staff who served us in the morning wasn't particularly friendly. We also weren't told of a private function at was on at night when we booked dinner and the girl running the bistro was a bit frustered.
Location was great, right across the street from Loch Ness. Had a fabulous menu and had a fabulous dinner. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
comfort, service and the excellent atmosphere
Food was poor.
Good sized room
Expensive toiletries and very expensive drinking water
Breakfast good . staff pleasant .
Deluxe king room to small.no view.on top floor. stale smell on entering the hotel and all the way to our room !overpriced .
Lacking atmoshphere, rooms basic, shower and bathroom tiny, no bath, shower temperamental, window didnt open, had to ask for heating as room was very cold, plumbing very noisy, hotel generally noisy
Beautifull place, very quite near the river Ness. Friendly staff and good breakfast
location with good parking facilities, good breakfast selection, nice pub.
2 singles pushed together is not a double bed
the room and the view
they were having a problem with wifi when we were there so I assume its good as a rule.
we are very happy with the hotel
the staff were not very frendy
The Jazz Band.
The hotel's facilities were shockingly bad! The whole hotel smelt like human pee, very unhygienic place!! The hotel is VERY dated and needs a good refurbishment!
Location, style of room and its cleanliness. Great ales in the bar and staff extremley helpful.
Noise at night: windows offered no noise protection, but that could have just been my room (ground floor by bar).
Excellent location, busy with tourists for the beer festival. Breakfast was also excellent.
Cost... I understand about peak availability / demand V cost, but the prices were excessive regardless.
