Good location for walking into town
Didnt like paying extra for parking
breakfast had a good choice and main breakfast was nice and and hot.
only thing that let this hotel down was their ensuite it was nice but the wall tiles were in need of a good clean also bath panel was badly cracked which could be a dangerous if you touch it by accident.
View of river fantastic , breakfast not to be missed
The bungalow was cosy and warm on retuning from outside. Very good breakfast.
Single beds could be wider. Mugs instead of cups at breakfast. Coffee and tea in flasks not hot enough.
Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very pleasant.
The central heating pipes were very noisy through the night and I could hear activity from adjacent rooms very clearly through the walls and ceiling.
THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS EXCELLANT FOR RESTUARANTS/EDEN COURT AND SHOPS. A GOOD FRESH COOKED BREAKFAST. HELPFUL CHEERFUL STAFF
THE BATHROOM WAS IN NEED OF AN UPDATE.
Very nice hotel and excellent value for money
The Breakfast Room staff were friendly. The breakfast was good.
Having to pay £4-75 for parking in hotel car park was unexpected. The Single room was like a box room. The space in our attic twin room was very cramped, us hitting the head on the coombe ceiling, making sitting in the easy chair uncomfortable. For coffee/tea making we had to disconnect the TV and use the socket to plug the kettle into. Sparkling Mineral Water on Offer in room was priced at £3.75 a bottle, this was a 'cheap' trick, as was thinly veiled 'warning' about 'purchasing' bottles of shampoo/hand wash used in the bathroom. Why not install a fixed dispenser instead? The receptionist was not interested in listening to us notifying her about scorched steam iron marks on the carpet in our room, nor that a plug/charger for the telephone was broken. We checked out with a very uncomfortable feeling of being charged for this.
Location near all amenities, on the river quiet area.
The fact we were not in main building meant we had to go outside to restaurant and bar, lucky it wasn't raining.
I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and its convenient location. The staff were also very pleasant. I got a great deal on the room, too. I would definitely go back.
I was not delighted about having to pay for wi-fi after the first 15-30 mins of it being complimentary. I have not stayed anywhere for many years that required payment for wi-fi; in this day and age it should be included.
Many thanks for the nice and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is excellent; enjoyable river view. The room was comfortable and clean. Everything was great.
Unfortunately our welcome was far from it. The staff at the reception desk were uninterested, lacked enthusiasm, failed to provide information about the parking or where our rooms were. The front door to our room was faulty and no one had informed us meaning that we were stuck outside in the cold. When we went in to ask for more assistance, once again we were met with little enthusiasm.
Nice hotel, friendly staff.
The Hotel was very good, clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good.
No internet access after paying for it
the room was amazing, nice high ceiling and very clean! Would recommend this to anyone
the pillows were a bit hard, but that's just personal opinion
Having to pay for car parking and WiFi.
Location, food, room
Location, views and room were all great. For a one night stopover it fairly suited us.
Inverness social life
River view room was spacious and clean. Breakfast brought to your room was a plus point. Staff were very helpful.
We booked a double room, but the bed was actually 2 singles pushed together to make the double, this was not very comfortable, also the double duvet didn't seem big enough for this. The paid Wifi, was intermittent at times.
Just relaxing doing what we felt like and when had relaxing supper after arriving late
Poor service in bar area
The room was clean and well decorated
The cold water tap did not work nor did the toilet flush , ran out of toilet roll and was only there the one night , also I was interested in having breakfast in bed but changed my mind after I discovered there was a £10 fee for that
Lovely room and great river view
Uncomfortable bed and lack of facilities
bistro selling bang average pub food at restaurant prices
Room 710's bathroom was much too small.
