The Hotel was in a convient location for all the amenities in Douglas. Very friendly, and helpful staff, and standard of room/facilities was better than expected. A later finish time for breakfast would have been nice for a relaxed holiday atmosphere!! |

Chris was a welcoming and friendly throughout and couldnt do enough to help. Great breakfast set us up for the day so we still felt full at lunch time saving us a quid or three. With the digital TV switch over new TVs were installed. The 44 stair climb to our room (joke) |
