The friendliness of the staff The bar was not open at all - we had to go to partner hotel. There was no bed ready there for my daughter - had to ask even though it had been booked and confirmed. Staff were a bit disorganised. |

the location was good, on the seafront no lounge area to sit. The bar was closed most of the time unless you requested it to be opened. |
