Uppon arrival we were greeted by a very polite and helpful host who tended to our needs. Breakfast was delicious and the room clean,modern and comfortable. A perfect place to stay in Windermere. |

The room was very clean and they have thought about the small details. The decoration was also lovely and the size of the room was good. Even though we put the heater to maximum, the room was cold and the bathroom was a bit small. |

The rooms were spotlessly clean, staff friendly, breakfast very good. We have had 2 double beds with ensuite bathroom (shower). Ideal for a weekend trip, and only 2 minutes walking distance to Windermere town centre, quiet location |
