The owner was very friendly and served breakfast promptly. It is close to amenities and to Gatwick Airport, which is why we chose the hotel. We did not like the bus service to Gatwick. On a previous stay at the hotel we were picked up by taxi and also collected at the airport, this time we had to wait over 20 minutes after a long flight for the bus which only run every 30 minutes. |

Warm welcome on arrival, excellent quiet location just a few minutes drive from Gatwick airport. Walking distance to a good range of restaurants and shops and the mainline train to Victoria. Free Wi-fi. Pleasant conservatory-style dining room overlooking the back garden. Good breakfast. It all felt very clean and well organised. I had a comfortable, quiet, single room at the back. For one night it was fine, however it felt rather small for a longer stay. With a slightly larger bedroom I would have marked this hotel as excellent. |

We stayed at Glenalmond House the night before an early morning flight from Gatwick. It was very clean and comfortable, the owner was very pleasant and helpful, and it was quick and easy to get to and from the airport. We would happily stay there again. All good, but perhaps a lower tariff could be introduced for those who unfortunately don't have time for bacon and eggs in the morning? |

Their prompt response to my booking request, and arrangements sent by email to allow my son and I to check in after their normal check in hours. We also received a complimentary taxi transfer to the airport the following day. I have stayed at larger hotel establishments and had to pay for transport to the airport in all cases. We received a very good full english breakfast. |

I had any early flight at Gatwick so not all possible to have breakfast at the allotted time. I think the price should reflect people who have to leave before breakfast. £67 for one night's stay minus breakfast is too much. |

The room was clean and comfortable. The late arrivals process was well organized and efficient. Parking convenient. There was no hot water early in the morning - freezing cold shower at 4.30 am was not enjoyable! |

The guest house was close to the airport, the breakfast was good. You have to take a cab from the airport to the guest house. |
