Cooked breakfast was very good, my room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Location was good and easy to find. My 2nd visit to hotel and I would stay again.

At breakfast each morning there was very little fruit to choose from, dishes were practically empty. All tinned fruit rather than fresh fruit.

Staff Bedroom very comfortable and clean Had everything I needed for my stay

Price a little high, the convenient location probably allows the hotel to charge though

The facility - room, lobby, dining room, view, all superb.

Disappointed that the staff, especially restaurant (lunch and dinner) were not more helpful. Buffet was delicious, but confusing - find a table, go to the buffet, then pay before eating, although nobody told me that. I have been in several hotels / B7Bs in NI recently and this was the only one that didn't have very helpful staff. I am used to more smiling faces and friendly chat.

    The nightclub

The bed was a single bed for two people and tempeture in room was very high and tempeture control wasn't working.

Very nice staff. Impressive exterior and foyer.

No access to food on site after 9.30pm. Neither restaurant nor room service available after that time. Was advised to contact the many local takeaways in the town. So I drove to one. Bath taps were faulty and took prolonged exertion to turn off despite only having been turned on half- way. Not very safe! Guests loudly returning to their rooms from residents' bar until after 3am, made it impossible to get back to sleep once woken by them around 1am.
