only things we liked was how close it was to Bolton town Center and at least the sheets and towels were clean. Also had free WiFi although we didn't need to use it. Dirty Carpets, Dirty Walls which were stained and had stuff stuck to them at the back of the headboards, Very Dusty, especially in TV unit, Drawers, Hole in the ceiling, Vodka bottles behind wardrobe, holes and stains in the base to the beds, thankfully we only wanted a bed for the night, went home to shower, as floors and toilet/shower rooms were also dirty. Noisy guests, and had to ask the staff to find out who was blocking our car in they had to wake a guest up, as the car park is very small

My room was clean and bed comfortable, it was peaceful and quiet. Good location, easy to find. Common areas weren't as clean, the kitchen hadn't been cleaned for a while, dishes piling up in the sink, crumbs on surfaces. A pile of dirty sheets and towels in the hall, not put into smth and not covered. Bathroom fairly clean as for a shared bathroom, but when you look closer you could see empty shampoo and shower gel bottles all over the place, raisers, etc.

Convenient location to town centre. Inexpensive. Rather noisy in front of house (perhaps better glazing?) Room not en suite.

Good free wi fi Standards of reception and furnishings were appalling. Door to room wouldnt close properly without being locked. When I arrived to book in - the reception person greeted me then closed the door leaving me standing outside whilst he went back inside the house to clarify my booking - it was raining !!! After this it got no better .....
