Glendale Hyde Park Hotel

No m'ha agradat absolutament res. Mal servei, deficients instal.lacions, habitació incomoda...segueixo a continuació.

Mal servei, deficients instal.lacions, menjador amb nomes 4 taules, calia fer cua per l'esmorçar que a mes era molt simple i sense varietat, fins i tot un dia van posar el pa de motllo florit. La neteja de l'habitació no es fa, el llit es limiten a posar el cobre llit, pero no el fan tampoc. A l'habitació no hi ha taula o cadira, la TV sense comandament, o la taça del vater just a sota del lavabo, era impossible cagar llevat que siguis contorsionista. Després de queixar-me em van canviar a l'habitació del costat, algo millor dins el depriment global, malgrat tenir el lavabo embossat. La calificació es d'extremadament "uncomfortable"

Very nice staff and the hotel is placed very central i a nice area. Easy to find.

Reception staff were helpful and the hotel is extremely good value for money.

I couldn't get any hot water and the sink was blocked.

Breakfast was very basic. Staff was friendly, but acted a bit strangely. Called me late in the evening to ask if I was checking in, although my luggage was in the hotel and I had informed reception that will return late in the evening.

tiny room, no tea or coffee,asked for a double but got 2 single bed pushed together, decor was very tatty and unfinished,

The hotel was very dirty.In the room there were a double bed covered by an extremely dirty blanket,a sort of wardrobe 50 cm wide provided with 3 coat-hangers and an unusable buit-in fride.No more hangers for clothers, no chair.There was a also a soiled curtain and the terrace was all covered with rubbish.in the bathroom there were no cloth-hangers,no toilet- brush no electric socket.There was a mirror,but in a very low position:I'm 1,70m tall and I didn't manage to see my face in the mirror.Both the floor and the shower were extremely dirty.I Complained about this sitiation with a member of the staff,but he answered that was a 2-star hotel standard.I Stayed 2 nights,but payed for 3...fortunately I hadn't payed my whole stay (8 nights).

It is very good hotel in a center location and managed by friendly staff in addition To value for money

The room was newly refurbished. Tea and coffee making facilities. Good continental beakfast. I found this excellent value for money.

Breakfast though simple was not restrictive in quantity.

Very cramped rooms,fire hazard because access door to the rooms on our floor was limted,admitting only one at a time.
