Reception staff were helpful and the hotel is extremely good value for money. I couldn't get any hot water and the sink was blocked. |

The position was very good and close to the underground station. The room in which we had breakfast was too small and the room was never cleaned up after our arrival. |

Good location Breakfast was very basic. Staff was friendly, but acted a bit strangely. Called me late in the evening to ask if I was checking in, although my luggage was in the hotel and I had informed reception that will return late in the evening. |

The staff were friendly and helpful The breakfast room was too small, you had to wait until a table was empty. ( It was only 4 small tables for 52 beds). The internet did´nt work on the 3:d floor |

The hotel was very dirty. In the room there were a double bed covered by an extremely dirty blanket,a sort of wardrobe 50 cm wide provided with 3 coat-hangers and an unusable buit-in fride. No more hangers for clothers, no chair. There was a also a soiled curtain and the terrace was all covered with rubbish.in the bathroom there were no cloth-hangers,no toilet- brush no electric socket. There was a mirror, but in a very low position:I'm 1,70m tall and I didn't manage to see my face in the mirror. Both the floor and the shower were extremely dirty.I Complained about this sitiation with a member of the staff, but he answered that was a 2-star hotel standard.I Stayed 2 nights, but payed for 3...fortunately I hadn't payed my whole stay (8 nights). |

the only good thing about this hotel is the location as it is 5 minutes walk to Paddington Train Station There was no lift in the hotel and we were staying on the top floor so dragging the bags up the stairs was very irritating. Breakfast was only from 7.30-9a.m and the dining area was very untidy. The shower took ages to heat up, there was no toilet paper in our room or kettle. We had to ask for these things. |

The location of the hotel (very central) It was small things that needed to be done to make it acceptable - for an example: a toiletbrush, a hanger for the towels when you stepped out of the bath, a teapot like we were promised, bath and shower gel every day, more signs to show you were the breakfast would be, a wider selection of breakfast products. |

Building work resulted in a very messy hotel, narrow stairs, only one way out if there was a fire. Bathroom so small if you sat on the toilet you could rest your head on the sink, im only a very small person i would hate to think how a larger person would manage. Tea and coffe making facilities nowhere near a plug socket. Lock on door leading into the room did not work. |
