I stayed in a Twin room and it was very cramped!! I had to climb over the other bed just to get to my own. Also, the Toilet didn't work, and the bathroom absolutely stank!! The location was the only good thing about it, but the price is way too high for what you get. Im glad it was only one night!!

Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. Hotel is clean and cosy, we came back to this hotel every evening like to home. Excellent location, so close to Rail station and Paddington Underground station has 5 lines, you can easily go any direction in the city and out of it. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, it's a good combination of price, location and hotel facilities. Just one thing is bad in this hotel - lack of space, but I think it's a problem in all budget hotels in London. So if you have many baggage's, be aware.

We have really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice and comfortable and the staff is lovely. When we arrived, they offered us several rooms to choose the one that we prefered and they kept our luggage when we check-out so that we could enjoy our last day in town. The location is excellent, next to Hyde Park, so we could walk around, and the subway is very near, just five minutes walking. The breakfast is also very good. It is a continental breakfast, but full, and you can take everything you want: tea, coffee, cheese, eggs, orange juice and a lot of toasts. Definitely, we will recommend the Glendale Hyde Park Hotel: it is cheap, nice and clean, well located, with a very good breakfast and an excellent staff. Nothing at all. We had a lovely stay and we will come back when we return to London.

Good location close to Paddington Station. Many small restaurants around - however, some charge extreme prices. Hot water in the room (if you are lucky), fridge (if you don't care about the noise), safety box (unfortunately it did not work), internet (very expensive though), breakfast (very basic) ... Very expensive internet, hot water was not working most of the time, room very tiny, safety box did not work, breakfast was very basic

Locaton was near to Hyde Park which is a lovely place to chill out. Room was very small and could do with some tender loving care.I Could n't find the remote for the T.V. and the toilet did n't work properly (water kept running )and the window didn't open properly it had to be held open by an object.Breakfast room was tiny and we ended up having our breakfast outside, it was a bit chilly for that but I think the worst thing was the young girl in the breakfast room her manner and hospitality skills need a lot of work it costs nothing to be friendly and polite.

the staff was very helpful and allowed us to leave our suitcases there even after checking in. This allowed us to see London without having to curry an suitcase around! everything was fine. The doors of the rooms could have more color but this is a minor detail. Also the fact there there were no windows that could open was a bit claustrophobic but bearable. Thank you very much for everything!

Helpful staff, good location. Newly renovated bathrooms. I had never stayed in a 2-star hotel before, so I was a bit surprised. But I'm sure it is ok for that, you can't expect comfort, it is only a place to stay overnight. Breakfast room is so small that only 6 people can eat inside. Others have to eat out on the back terrasse, which in January was very cold in spite of little heaters. There wasn't enough hot water for the shower.

Location and cheap prices. The breakfast area! What is up with that! And there is just boiled egg and toast. Nothing to choose from. Plus you have to eat outside in the freezing cold. Not good at all. No milk for the bedroom. Had to use powderd milk.

Inexpensive, conveninent location (walking distance from Paddington station & Hyde Park), everyday cleaning, quite neat and not noisy, perfect for individual travellers with low budget. Very small rooms (you need to place your luggage smartly), absence of internet access (if you don't have your own device to buy Wi Fi access from reception), absence of elevator/lift (if your suitcase if heavy, you may not want to live upstairs), also there is a problem with hot water supply in the rooms upstairs.

Reception was nice. Breakfast room extremely bad. No space for all hotel guests - how do you imagine people sitting outside in January. You should prolong the times. I want to make a complaint about the service in breakfast room in the morning of Jan 7th. The young man was extremely unprofessional and the worst - unfriendly. I actually want to get your feedback what steps do you take to improve the situation.

Close enough to bus stops and tubes to get transport into city centre, reasonable tea and coffee making facilities. Didnt like the tiny bathroom, very constricted space for male and female to go to the toilet. Didnt like the way the breakfast room was only set out with three tables and therefore we were asked if we would sit outside in a covered courtyard, ok in summer but not at the time we visited. So crowded we only stayed for a small part of breakfast and coffee. Not really worthy of a complaint but not the best around the same area have stayed in.

Location to underground and train station, clean and tidy, warm, with basic facilities and value for money. Very small breakfast room and some days had to miss out on our continental breakfast, needs to be bigger to accomadate all guests when you are providing this as part of the deal.

One night was enough! Seven flights of stairs to my room, and a phone which did not work meant I was unable to summon help for the tv which was unwatchable, the radiator which only got hot in the bottom 3 inches, and the lack of any hot water in the washbasin. There was also no wardrobe or drawers for clothes.

It was comfortable enough for one night's stay. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a TV that works. Hairdryer available upon request. The room was small and cramped. The dining room was very small. We had to sit outside on the patio in the cold to eat our breakfast in December. There could have been a bit more wider choice of what to eat at breakfast.
