Good location close to Paddington Station. Many small restaurants around - however, some charge extreme prices. Hot water in the room (if you are lucky), fridge (if you don't care about the noise), safety box (unfortunately it did not work), internet (very expensive though), breakfast (very basic) ... Very expensive internet, hot water was not working most of the time, room very tiny, safety box did not work, breakfast was very basic

Having to change the tv channel by hand because they "ran" out of tv remotes! The size of the room was terrible and the breakfast was subpar!

Location. My room had an adjoining door to another room. When the people in that room woke up at 5am and started talking I actually thought they were in my room with me. The door between the two rooms did nothing to mask the sound of normal conversation. I would never stay at this hotel again. I would have gotten more sleep if I travelled 2 hours to get home and then get up again in the morning for another 2 hours. Poor.

The efficient unassuming character of the staff. My room and private bathroom were spotless. Perhaps more varied tv channels may be added.

The room was clean and the shower worked fine and looked clean. Very unfriendly staff; breakfast room was in a corridor and they had only 3 tables for 2 persons. The others had to stand up or sit outside. The weather was not that nice so sitting outside was not an option. Then when we made the payment, tourist mostly pay by creditcard. We all had to pay 3% extra fee. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful, and the room was clean. The location was excellent, being a 2 minute walk from both Lancaster Gate and Paddington Tube Stations. There is also a good range of cafes and restaurants between the hotel and Paddington Station. The triple room was a bit snug, and the beds were a little uncomfortable, but for the price we couldn't complain.

Good location near Paddington Station. Staff were friendly and helpful The room is barely more than a closet with a small bathroom. Breakfast was very limited and coffee was cold the last two days.

People are kind at the Hotel. It is well located, nevertheless, if you'd like to go to the city center you'd better be ready to get on the tube or bus. If you lile Parks, Hyde park is a few steps away from the Hotel. Small space in the bathroom. The beds for a young couple who like sleeping together will make you fall down a hole in the middle in between them. If it's cold outside, the place for the breakfast inside is a little not practical and crowded. The time for the breakfast could be a little longer. No wireless internet from the hotel. You have to buy wifi

- Location; 10 minutes walk from Paddington Station - Price; it was the best deal I found for this weekend - Breakfast; simple but nice with loads of toast to make, which I love - Staff was friendly and helpfull - On quiet street - Our room was very small, like a big cupboard - Our room was hidden on the topfloor; no lift. A lot of stairs after a whole day of walking in London! - Breakfast is situated in a small room with 3 tables inside and 4 tables outside with terrace heaters. I thought it to be a bit chilly to sit outside in the morning although the heaters were there. They should cover up the terrace.

Location 1) No lift - Room was on 4th floor (97 steps to room with suitcases) 2) No hot water - The receptionist repeatedly told me this was "impossible" 3)They refused to change the room until I kept complaining! 4)Room was tiny! REALLY TINY 5)Room was cold - had to use electric heater provided to warm the room 6)Shower/bathroom smells like sewage! 7)Lighting no working 8)had to hand in door cards every time we left the hotel -Customer service was below expectations -Room was severely inadequate -Wouldn't recommend this location if it was the last place on EARTH! Do not waste your money (Search for another local hotel)

Location was the onlt redeeming factor of this hotel The hotel is far too overpriced for what it is. The rooms were tiny and not very clean. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything in the next room. Just trying to get our luggage up the stairs (there is no lift) and in through the door was an effort. I would recommend only taking this hotel as a last resort.

Location was great as it was only a 5 minute walk from Lancaster Gate tube station. Continental breakfast was fine with the choice of cereal, toast and eggs. There was a really bad drain smell which was worse when entering the room after being out as we seemed to get used to it after opening the window for a while. I don't think it helps that there is an air freshener which goes off automatically every 30 minutes or so as this seemed to trap in the drain smell too. There were other guests in the room next to us and because the walls seemed to be very thin it was noisy at times. Tea and coffee facilities available in the room which we only used once as the coffee was disgusting to the point where we couldn't drink it. The shower rail collapsed one morning but I was able to connect it back together again. The shower head sent sprays all over which meant that the shower room did get very wet after each use.

i like the position behind Hyde Park and very near to 2 underground stations, the very cheap price with breakfast included and the cleaness of the room, even if little but ideal for few days. The walls too thin.
