Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Suihkukaappi ja muu kylpyhuone oli tyylikäs. Huone oli rauhallinen. Kiva, että huoneessa oli mahdollista keittää teetä/ murukahvia. Huoneemme ovi ei avautunut kunnolla, koska huoneessa oli oven kohdalla liian paksu kokolattiamatto. Hotellin nettikone asiakkaiden käyttöön oli liian hidas. |

Aamupala hyvä, tosin ruokailutila ahdas. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja hotellin sijainti erinomainen, vain lyhyt kävelymatka metrolle. Huoneet epäsiistit. Siivouksesta huolimatta tahroja oli mm. matoissa. Kylpyhuone oli huonokuntoinen, mutta se on odotettavissa monessa muussakin hotellissa, joka on vanhassa rakennuksessa. |

Ystävällistä henkilökuntaa, mielestäni erinomainen sijainti. Huoneiden siisteys voisi olla parempi; mm. lattioiden imurointi tarpeen useammin. Roskis kuitenkin tyhjättiin päivittäin. Huoneiden koko, johon luonnollisesti ei voi helposti kuitenkaan vaikuttaa. |

Sijainti, edullinen hinta Hotellihuoneen matto oli likainen. Peite olisi saanut olla paksumpi, yöllä palelsi, vaikka onkin kesä. |

It an excellent value of services for a small amount of money. The location is very convenient. The room was neat and clean. During my stay at the hotel there were renovation works carried on. |

One of the cleanest hotel rooms I had in London for years!! Breakfast miserable as usual in the capital, but all over very good for the budget price of 38GBP/night. |

The hotel was very clean and the rooms modern. No lift, no toilet tissue. When requesting the latter the guy on reception muttered cryptically 'look up'. Trailed back up three floors and looked up in every room - no tissue anywhere. |

Location is exelent for travel (10min walk) from Paddington Station which conncted to Heatrow by 15min express. To make room more clean and better equiped (lamp, TV, bed, wall outlets and so on) |

Late night access with no hassle getting into the hotel. Staff awake to let us in at 4am. No cups or spoons or bin in the room. Room right next to noisy breakfast room. Room was still under construction possibly!? |

The room was very quiet and the water was good and hot The TV only worked spasmodically, the electrical plug was hanging off the wall, the shower door fell off completely at one stage and was very difficult to manoevre. The coffee at breakfast was awful! |
