Glendale Hyde Park Hotel

Nice surroundings, close to Hyde Park and notting hill. There is a tube line really close to the hotel.

The hotel was being totally re-built from the inside. Only a few rooms where really finished . Builders were working- even on weekend-, walls being knocked out, plumbing and cable in the open. It was not in status to be open to the public. The room for breakfast was a small basement room.

nice and helpfull staff, hotel is close to undergraund, new bathroom, coffee maker in a room, tv in a room, fridge in a room

eating room is too small, maybe to add some ham or sousages to the breakfast, close the hotel meanwhile you are making some adaptations

It an excellent value of services for a small amount of money. The location is very convenient. The room was neat and clean.

During my stay at the hotel there were renovation works carried on.

The helpfulness and flexibility of the staff

my room was in basement, there was no possibility to open the window. I think that other rooms which are not in basement are OK

Location close to the center.

Window in the room was broken/had to use sello tape to keep it closed/no heating in the room, cold.

The description of the hotel on the internet, did´nt compare to the facts.

To small rooms, no place for the lugage.

Location is exelent for travel (10min walk) from Paddington Station which conncted to Heatrow by 15min express.

To make room more clean and better equiped (lamp, TV, bed, wall outlets and so on)

The room was very quiet and the water was good and hot

The TV only worked spasmodically, the electrical plug was hanging off the wall, the shower door fell off completely at one stage and was very difficult to manoevre. The coffee at breakfast was awful!
