Hotel sem condições para receber hospedes.Quarto muito pequeno, casa de banho também,a nivel acustico pessimo.Pequeno almoço servido no hall da recepção e com pouquissima variedade. Maus acabamentos, fios de electricidade à vista e com aspecto velho. |

Tem de ser todo renovado, desde a pintura até à decoração e limpeza de colchas. A janela não fechava e a casa de banho era demasiado pequena, uma pessoa forte não cabia lá dentro |

O silencio do local. Mais estrutura. Por exemplo, o banheiro precisa estar equipado com um secador de cabelos porque a cidade e fria. O piso precisa de uma recauchutagem. |

It an excellent value of services for a small amount of money. The location is very convenient. The room was neat and clean. During my stay at the hotel there were renovation works carried on. |

One of the cleanest hotel rooms I had in London for years!! Breakfast miserable as usual in the capital, but all over very good for the budget price of 38GBP/night. |

The hotel was very clean and the rooms modern. No lift, no toilet tissue. When requesting the latter the guy on reception muttered cryptically 'look up'. Trailed back up three floors and looked up in every room - no tissue anywhere. |

Location is exelent for travel (10min walk) from Paddington Station which conncted to Heatrow by 15min express. To make room more clean and better equiped (lamp, TV, bed, wall outlets and so on) |

Late night access with no hassle getting into the hotel. Staff awake to let us in at 4am. No cups or spoons or bin in the room. Room right next to noisy breakfast room. Room was still under construction possibly!? |

The staff was very helpful with directions to local attractions and the breakfast was satisfactory. The bathroom was small and had rusty facilities |

The room was very quiet and the water was good and hot The TV only worked spasmodically, the electrical plug was hanging off the wall, the shower door fell off completely at one stage and was very difficult to manoevre. The coffee at breakfast was awful! |

The hotel is in a good location and close to two underground stations. The hotel needs some maintenance but apparently it is currently undergoing refurbishment. One of our rooms was too small and it had three beds in it. We were only two but I cannot imagine three people staying there comfortably. |
