Room was basic but clean and tidy, bathroom looked liked it had recently been refurbished. Bed was comfortable. Parking is in bays outside the front but there is a pay and display nearby. The walk into town takes 10 minutes.
The low price attracted youngsters who didn't understand the concept of going to bed at 4. Breakfast is only served between 830 and 930
I liked the room I was given , very clean and comfortable .Warm and cosy over the christmas holidays .
I couldnt get on with the lift. It was too narrow and I found the doors difficult to manage , and my day walker didnt fit in very well. I found the steps up to the hotel awkward to climb and carrying my walker and luggage wasn't easy .
breakfast was excellant
There was a large hole in the ceiling of the dining room which had a white sheet stapled over it!
Getting a phone call the night before telling me that they could not give me the 5 twin room booking I paid for. My team was subjected to sleeping 5 in 1 room and 4 in another! No apologies or refund offered!
The smell of room, too hot & carpet was disgusting. Will not stay again!!
wifi was ok and breakfast was ok not good but ok
dirty rooms mould on the ceiling floor tiles lifted and the list goes on
the room was warm and comfortable, the breakfast was good value for money , you could have as much as you wanted and good choice. The location was very good for some christmas shopping and close to eating places.
We didnt like the people in the hotel waking us up at 5-30 in the morning when they were going to work.
Location wasn't too bad and there was hot water. Cheap too.
Wallpaper peeling off the wall, robotic staff, other guests shouting at 1am, the room could have done with a ruddy good clean too!
Location, value for money,breakfast.
We were kept awake all night by climbers Then someone knocked on our door at 3am drunk then tried to come in!! One member of staff all night No parking Drafty windows Bearing in mind I have 2 children under 2 absolute nightmare place
Room was a decent size and very clean, bed was comfortable with duvet rather than blankets which is good. Didn't have time for breakfast so cant comment on that.Good value for money.
Funny smell when you first walk in,people came back very late so was woken a couple of times by people banging on doors etc.
No duvet on bed had to request and wifi didn't work during stay room too hot windows didn't open
going home ( stayed in better building sites)
no wifi hair dryer wired into double socket no hot water holes in ceiling damp smell thoughtout hotel lift stopped and started when it wanted to the list goes on
I traveled back to Bournemouth with my family for graduation and booked the as it was the last one left both three hotel rooms. Little did we know we would get the actual fire in our bathroom! There are no words to describe how incompetent the hotel staff was, not talking about the fact, that the fire alarm only went on about 20 minutes after the fire had been building up in our bathroom! The moral damage in the face of the whole family including 80 year old grandmother had to stand outside on a bare foot and in nightgowns can speaks for itself, plus the actual damage of burned in cosmetics etc. This is however from where everything really messes up. Instead of the hotel staff to come and express a concern about our well-being we got nothing! We had to ask for new rooms ourself and the only compensation they were willing to give us was 20 pounds! How ridiculous is that! I would never ever i my life suggest that hotel to anyone!
Comfortable bed every where clean brilliant breakfast nice staff
Drafty window Tired decor fittings missing in bathroom
The breakfast was ok
It was dirty the staff were miserable the double bed was 2 singles put together there was sick on the door step in the morning the toilet was dirty there was laundry bags piling out of the cupboard will not be staying there again
Very noisy indeed. Groups of young residents drunk constantly screaming and shouting, banging on doors and the use of fowl language. carried on until 6am. I complained to the staff who did nothing at all. Spoilt the weekend.
The hotel room we stayed in had beautiful sea views, and our room was a great size, breakfast was served promptly and was very tasty.
We found 1 member of staff to be very pushy and a bit OTT on our arrival which made us quite uncomfortable, and the bed could do with new pillows they were very hard.
Room was comfortable and clean
Staff didn't exactly appear very cheerful, they weren't rude but didn't appear very enthusiastic when greeting us
For the price it was a very good deal. Full English included was exceptional, eat as much as you want affair, also a range of cereals and juices.Staff very helpful. Maid in everyday with fresh towels and soaps etc
Few basics missing such as bedside unit, plug in sink, a little tight for room at times. In need of redecoration, but a bargain for the price
It is situated in the town centre. Good price.
Noisy. Run down and basic.
Leaving to go home
The rooms were filthy and tiny
was close to the beach and also to the centre
the room it was the worst ** star in wich I have stayed.the matress was very soft.the lift was scary and the door from the room was very noisy when shut.
Nothing, was awful
The whole experience, it was dirty, it was 2 single beds pushed together with 2single quilts, I had to ask for another pillow each as we had one wafer thin one each. I have taken photos of the room, which shows mildew on the sheet, the shower was cold! We were at the very top of the hotel with noisy neighbours till 4:30 am. I paid £74:00 to come home early, it was very depressing the whole weekend was just so awful all I done was cry as it was a surprise present for my other halves birthday.
