If you enjoy cold showers, grimy paintwork and the sound of screaming guests throwing themselves against doors in the middle of the night, then this ghoulish and depressing nightmare, worthy of a hostel horror movie, may be the apex of indifference that you have been looking for. Good luck!
Nice large bright room, clean . Fantastic large corner bath with shower overhead. Good location , walking distance to shops and pubs and seafront Helpful staff and good breakfast. Will definetely stay here again and would recommend to others
Double bed was 2 singles put together and there was a height difference. Informed reception staff and they explained that beds are in the process of being replaced !! Happy Days
The room was so small you could hardly move. There room smelt really bad due to the water leakage down the wall which had mould on.
Breakfast was ok
Booked in January.day before had phone call to ask if they could change rooms said ok.minibus down another call change again.4 of us in 1 room now no mirror no where to hang clothes, and next to entrance so no sleep, staff apart from 1 lovely lady on reception very rude.we did get some money back after complaining so not all bad.
nice clean rooms with usual facilities, very good breakfast..helpful staff
no hotel parking
Good o/a value for money
Wash basin sink pipe partially blocked r23.You need a plumber.
This was the worst hotel ie ever stayed in the room was not what i booked the double bed we could not sleep on it creaked all the time we had to sleep in the single bed the breakfast was cold when i complaned they did not care
The receptionist was helpful
My drivers who stayed there said that there were two girls using the hotel that were so popular they had visits from about four different boyfriends each in the space of about an hour and a half -popular or what - don't think it could be anything else !
Food was cheap quality, but I suppose for the price you couldn't expect much. There was plenty of it but bread wasn't very fresh
Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for a 3 day break. We found the hotel good value for money, there was always plenty of choice at breakfast. The room was clean,
I found the only problem was the noise level, as we were in a room at the front of the hotel, and there is a foreign language school opposite, and the students were very noisy, shouting and playing ball in the main road
Everything. Worst hotel experience.
location was good for central Bournemouth
over priced, shabby, badly furnished rooms, half the hotel still operating under an old name, seems like they bought next door and knocked through. squeaky floor boards, terrible sound proofing, breakfast served with plastic disposable cups,
size of the room.location of the hotel.breakfast
no mirror to do my hair.only in bathroom
Was a good location in the area for shopping centre, clubs and leisure activities. Good breakfasts
Bad rooms Uncomfortable beds Not a good value for money
Very basic rooms , floor soaking wet in bedroom, no curtains at window and very noisey!!!
It was close to town
No one at reception to greet me. Room smelt of damp and the carpet was damp. Wifi was weak and intermittent. Toilet and sink plumbing was dangerous. The room was freezing cold. The hotel was noisy at night so I could not sleep. There was no cooked breakfast as described. Only one member of staff at breakfast who only glared at me and offered no help. No staff to check out with in the morning.
Friendly staff service value for what your paying for!
the shower was cold
Breakfast is served too late if you are working (starts 08.30) Staff not welcoming - I won't be going back
Location was ok,can't think of much else.
Cold breakfast, squeeky floor in room, had to ask for tea and coffee for our room every day, 1st day room wasn't made up for us,noisy neighbours(3am one night 4am the next) staff were not overly concerned, breakfast not served until 8:30am so on our last day we left before it was served and went to weatherspoons for our breakfast at 7am.
Old Hotel but clean and comfortable rooms great self service breakfast
needs some paint work in rooms
Comfy clean bed with excellent pillows.
Breakfast started good but became worse each day due to cold food hard eggs only one four slice toaster between too many guests. Cracked dangerous sink in en suite. Shower door didn't close properly. Curtain rail had no stoppers causing curtain to whiz off when pulled either way. Previous review said avoid room 18 we were in 18!
not great if u have walking difficulties
