We found Glendruidh House to be warm comfortable immaculately clean very well run. Our hosts, the owners were friendly and very good company. Our room was well appointed and breakfast next morning freshly prepared and very satisfying. We also took advantage of Michael's offer of a light supper in the bar, this to was excellent freshly prepared and the bar a most delightful place to spend the evening. We can't speak highly enough of Glendruidh House and would recommend it to anyone and we hope to stay there again soon.

The personal touch is evident from moment. Of arrival up the sweeping drive. The proprietor was extremely pleasant, the hotel is clean, well decorated and equipped, the rooms extremely spacious, comfortable and with beautiful views. We enjoyed badger spotting and picking up photography tips! Breakfast was delicious. An excellent all-round experience. Their own in-room guide was particularly useful and unique.

We only stayed 1 night at Glendruidh as we were heading to north coast of Scotland. We were impressed with the facilities and ambience of the hotel which provided a warm friendly and comfortable venue. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The hotel was comfortable and well presented. There is a small intimate bar and the proprietor was very aimiable and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, with attention paid to sourcing good scottish food. Country house style decor with a very attractive lounge for guests. One of our party needed to tend to some emails and it was difficult to get onto wi-fi. Ground floor room had no privacy curtains so it was a shame not to be able to get dressed in daylight - perhaps a semi-sheer panel or two would improve this.

Everything was perfect - the staff (Michael), the room. I liked everything but for some the location might seem too far from the city centre (~15 mins by bus).

The room was nicely laid out with a seperate bed and seating area. The view in to the garden and the river flowing through the woodland was lovely. The breakfast cooked to order made a nice change. It was a shame we could not get in to the wilder parts of the woodland and sit by the river. The room lacked a full-length mirror.

Very pleasant hotel in exceedingly nice grounds. Good breakfast. An unlikely location and, for such a pleasant hotel, should do more than just bar meals.

Michael the host and owner was very friendly and a great source of tips about what to do and not to do in the area. He made us feel throroughly at home. The hotel is in a very quiet location set in a very attractive garden. Bed was rather small, but this was a small problem for us.

All the food was freshly home cooked. The bread was also home made, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel was very comfortable and we enjoyed the evenings in the bar swopping stories with the other guests and hearing of Michael's tales
