The hotel was situated in a very nice area facing the sea. The room was quite big and very clean and the sheets were spotless. We were greeted by the hotel manageress and she was very pleasant. The sitting room looks very comfortable, although we actually did not use it. The cooked breakfast was excellent and it is nice to have a proper pot of tea. It is amazing that a b&b can provide such luxury when in many hotels, you cannot get a proper cup of tea. This is to be commended. . This is not really a complaint, but we were surprised that the beds were not made and we did not receive clean towels the next day. We stayed for two days. I do not know if this was just a mistake. However, I did asked for clean towels and they were provided.

The owner welcomed us when we first arrived as its seams is her custom, the room was very clean and tidy with air-conditioning, the hotel was peaceful no matter what time of the day or night it was and the food was very nice and cooked fresh, the staff were really friendly nothing was too much plues free parking at the bk of the hotel and only about a 10 min walk From the middle of the town centre which has lots of different shops no matter what preference a person may have as well as a large choices of places to eat overall I would give the hotel 10/10 for value for money I can not think of any part of my Holliday I did not enjoy so thanks of everything :-)

Certainly had the smallest reception area that I have ever seen! The staff were friendly and helpful and my room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great views over the Estuary from the front of the hotel. All in all very good. No problems here, everything was fine.

We booked a room with a sea view but most of the view was obstructed by trees. To get a better view, we had to leave the Hotel and walk to the seafront itself.

A friendly welcome and room upgrade offered. Excellent central location with easy access to the seafront, shops! and pier. Very good value for money including a substantial breakfast. Nothing - I would definitely return.

Comfy bed, good shower, plentiful breakfast & helpful staff, the location is in the conservation area & so there is plenty of peace & quiet, but you are not far from the rest of the town.

Stayed in the Estuary suite in January 2012. The room was spacious, clean and the view overlooks the pier. Lovely little hotel, far better than some of the others at similar prices and would recommend. Breakfasts were good. The Location is superb with just a couple of minutes walk to everything. Car Park is very small, only 3 cars can park in spaces, I had no trouble but I would imagine this could be a problem for some.

Was greeted very warmly by the young girl on our arrival. She couldn't do enough for us. Even gave us a choice of room! Breakfast was good. Was told we would meet the owner at breakfast. The lady at breakfast didn't introduce herself and only spoke to ask what we wanted to eat. A bit disappointed after the warm welcome the day before. The bed was incredibly hard and we had a very uncomfortable night.

Clean, quiet and good value. Would be happy to stay there again. My visit was in November when it was quiet outside. That said, I think it is at the quieter end of the town which is why I picked it. Difficult to use the ensuite washbasin because of cabinet overhanging it. A minor issue compared to all the good points. Won't put me off returning.
