Excellent welcome , friendly owners, spotless clean and great grub. Would highly recommend .
Diane & Graeme are great hosts very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious and of good quality. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.
There was nothing we would change and there was nothing we didn't like.
Personal touch from the owners everything was spot on
I can for a break and stayed overnight. The Hotel is on a quiet street but only a couple of mins walk to the sea front. Tram stop near by. The room was nice and very clean. Also nice breakfast in the morning. I don't usually eat much for breakfast but ate at the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Will be returning for a longer break in the future.
Nothing to not like here
I my self live in hotels all over uk every week for work it was great for the price you pay, free breakfast and wifi, was close to blackpool main strip, friendly hosts, alround good place to stay, would stay again.

Adjoining children's room. Able to take drinks to room. Able to come and go when you want.
Some bed linen smelly Maybe not fully aired Draft from window, although there was blankets and heating.
Cheap drinks at the bar, lovely pleasant welcome, lovely breakfast.
Location a little bit far from my liking, but didn't spoil our stay as weather was nice for walking.

Nothing all good
The proprietors were very helpful and advised on different locations surrounding the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast good with a choice of different food.
Very friendly and welcoming
Cannot fault anything about the hotel. The staff very helpful and friendly. The room was clean as expected. The location was away from the noise but within walking distance from the train station. Definitely use this hotel again and would recommend it.
Our stay was very pleasant and liked everything. Made me and my son very welcome. We sat down stairs for few hours and it was lovely.
Nothing to say on this question
Good service Nice reps Cleanliness Plenty of refreshments in room Breakfast location No curfew
Nowhere to leave bags if you want to stay in city the next day. Stayed on top floor so long climb/no lift Wouldn't stay more than 1/2 nights
nice small hotel close to railway station, nice room good breakfast
We stayed in the family room with the adjoining childrens room. I am very particular about cleanliness and I am pleased to say the Glenheath more than lived up to my standards. The room was bright and airy and the decor very fresh. Our hosts were very hospitable and nothing was too much trouble.
The location was slightly further out than we would have liked.
The hotel was in walking distance of the tower and other attractions at the north end, nice and quiet being away from the main bars. Diane & Graham were so friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay, nice breakfast and lovely room. This hotel has been newly decorated in a modern style which I was pleased about as we were used to staying on the promenade for the same price in hotels that were not very clean and hadn't been decorated for about 20 or 30 years.
The only thing I didn't quite like was all the stairs to our room, but I did book very last minute so got one of the last rooms available.
