Design, comfort, courteous staff
Our bathing facility was cramped
Great location with plenty of on site parking.
Room was fab & food was to die for! Also, staff were lovely & ever so helpful.
Not a thing.
Liked the big comfy bed
The loo was not clean and a hair clasp was on the rim of the loo. Was there when we arrived and was removed the next day, put onto the top of cistern. Also the toilet bowl was dirty when we arrived....
Good location, beautiful rooms and comfortable bed. Good choice at breakfast
Overall very good except standard of decor in room bathroom sink chipped and also floor furnishings also poor
Location, character of the facilities, cleanliness and high level of property maintenance.
Rooms a bit hot but minor
Amazingly located at the Ness bank. Room had a very good view of the river. Very clean, comfy bed (although a bit overdone with pillows and cushions), nice breakfast, beautiful staff.
WiFi was slow even at 1am.
Location fabulous. Windsor suite nice very clean everywhere. Good parking. Large bed. Pricey tho.
Room attic style too small,no bath, only one comfy chair, shower room small, would want a room with a view of river next time. All clean and tidy tho. Just the little things.
Room was quite spacious, bathroom was nice.
Dining room was a bit tired, as was furniture in room. No offer of assistance with our cases, which meant I had to carry them up 3 levels myself. Did others see others being offered help, so it is available for those who know.
The countryside feel of the hotel even though it was in the city. You could walk into town and the little bridge to walk over was quaint.
The location on the river Ness was great, and the staff was very helpful. We also found our room to be very comfortable.
The mattress was a little soft, which affected our sleep somewhat. But it was only a minor inconvenience.
Location, cleanliness, wonderful Scottish hospitality.
The hotel is almost in the centre of the town but nicely not included in the night district. Good breakfast and a nice bar. Free parking and no problem with space.
According to where we have stayed in Scotland the price was a bit to high and the wi-f1 was beneath all critic.
Good location and service.
Rooms not to large, the British faucet system ( one for hot, one for cold water) in the bathroom.
Martinis, food, views, professional and friendly staff
Need bigger portions
Easy parking adjacent to the entrance Room was comfortable and clean
20 stairs to the room
Service was very good very polite staff
The bed needs to be levelled out as its too low at the foot end
The hotel in general was very nice.
Feel it's over priced.
The staff were all great, very friendly and accommodating. like the fact we were close to town but far enough away to enjoy the great river walks. Had a lovely time.
The narrow staircase up to room!
Cleanliness Staff professionalism
Good breakfast,restaurant. Parking though limited
Location away from downtown esp. For rainy days. Housing in another house away from main bldg Reception area too limited /crowded
The location next to river Ness is beautiful. Just a few minutes walk from the very centre of Inverness it was far the best Hotel I've erver stayed at. The quality of the beds are outstanding, the staff is nice and helpful and the restaurant maybe has the best menu in nothern Scotland. ps: try one of the whiskys in the bar;)
The staircase in the guesthouse is very small, so if you are travelling with suitcases you might have a bit of a problem.
Loved the staff, bar man especially his knowledge was amazing and made us feel very comfortable
Liked the bar staff and young receptionist!
Expected a better room for a deluxe room! Nothing at all special about the room! The bathroom had hair in the sink and bath! Yuk! The table in the bedroom was old and dirty! The view was ok but not the best!
