Wonderfully friendly, excellent restaurants, stylish decor and very comfortable beds.
January trip - very cold bathroom floor, but to be expected. Room was warmer once we had lifted the curtains above the radiator.
The staff were excellent as was the whole experience of staying here for 3 nights.
The staff, room and fab breakfast.
Everything was good.
Location and facilities at the hotel
Very small portions at the resteraunt
WiFi did not work with MacBook.
location excellent room was lovely, comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the river.
The location, the room, the breakfast, a place to park a car.
The room was outstanding but being able to sit by the window with a coffee and watch the river go by was wonderful..The staff were courteous and friendly.
Pretty much all good.
Spent 3 days having a rest, staff were brilliant and a wonderful selection of whiskies.
Excellent customer service. The bed was fantastic.
Struggled with door at the top of the stairs a bit it was narrow and difficult to manoevre, especialllywith bags.
Very good value for money. Lovely hotel with lots of character
The Room was lovely. The staff at breakfast were superb The price and value for money was amazing.
The bathroom shelf that was off the level. in room 8.
Helpful, friendly staff. Great meal at the restaurant, evening and breakfast. Room size and facilities fine, large comfy bed etc.
The night we stayed there was very stormy. Our window framework was buckled by a previous customer and couldn't be closed shut right. No alternative room available so meant we had to put up with a cold draughty room for us and our toddler, who ended up sharing the bed with us from 5am as it was so cold in his cot. Not ideal really.
The food was very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was presented well which made you want to stay
The only problem we had was our room had two leaks which made our sleep next to impossible.
Location, bed, bathroom, staff, food
Bathroom was cold
Good breakfast, had dinner in restaurant excellent and service was first class
Our room was small would have liked a bigger room as we stayed for four nights also sockets for hair dryer etc was down back off dressing table near floor was not easy to get to
The staff were great, location great and room, bed etc excellent . Couldn't fault a thing. Great stay
We had a suite with a beautiful view on t the river Ness and a big bathroom. the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The bar is cozy and the restaurant fabulous (we had scallops and venison with an excellent Malbec). The hotel is close to everything on foot, one can leave the car in their carpark.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant had a lovely ambience and relaxing atmosphere. We ate in the Contrast restaurant and the service and food was excellent. The hotel is in a great quiet location but walking distance to the centre.
There is only one Deluxe room like the advertised photo. We were stuck in the annexe and were very disappointed. The room was cold and we could hear the shower and extractor and coughing from the room next door. It was very loud. The room was set back overlooking the river but with the car park in front which ruined the ambience.
Very friendly staff and the facilities in general terms were alright.
Staff was excellent
Breakfast was very poor
Bedroom looking over River Ness. Bed very very comfortable & beautiful fresh smelling bedding. Staff all delightful couldn't have been more helpful & polite. Would defentilty recommend staying & would have no hesitation returning. Hope we do .
Would have liked Television in Bar Area just for back round noise, just so U weren't listening to others in conversation. Even it was News Channel.
Location was excellent for shops, site seeing , pubs and restaurants.
