The bed was the most comfortable we found during our tour of the Highlands and allowed us a very good nights sleep. |

We felt that the choice of dining - restaurant or bistro was excellent. We dined at the bistro and enjoyed eating good food al fresco on a perfectly warm evening. We felt that some of the waiting staff did not have a good enough command of English. |

The location of the hotel is excellent and everything is maintained to a very high standard. Very good facilities. Two minor niggles: 1. Our room was directly above the restaurant and we could hear a low bass thumping from the musak in the restaurant - from early morning to late at night. Not hugely annoying but something we'd have preferred to be without. 2. The space in the bedroom was a bit cramped. |

The staff were friendly, the location is good and there is a choice of restaurants We were in Room 20 which meant we walked past a kitchen door on the way to and from our room. Unfortunately this door was wedged open; seeing in to the kitchen did not add to the hotel experience. |

The situation by the River Ness in Inverness and the friendly (over-friendly?) front-of-house staff. The single room I had was really quite small and dark. The bistro staff were bordering on the surly. |

The friendliness of the staff and ambience. The room rate was very good for that type of hotel compared with others in the area. That is not to say it should be increased but moreso that it was very good value for a hotel with a good reputation, hence the hotel was busy. Their principal dinning room, "Abstract" was very cold on the saturday evening. Reception even offered £10 off the bill which I declined as my intent was only meant to be positive feedback. Also, the room had a very small flat screen TV and had no bath which surprised me for a 4* hotel. |

The room was beautiful - the littles touches made it perfect. Warm and cosy with beautiful furnishings. Ate in the Brasserie and it really was wonderful! |

Location ideal. Hotel well designed and attractive. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Liked choice of restaurant. Quality of food and selection of malts is very impressive - if very expensive! Check in slow - only 1 staff member to deal with me, phones and missing manager. Booking for exec room with river view not picked up from Booking.com to hotel - though rectified on request. |

The hotel is located alongside the river. We were lucky enough to have a room that overlooked it. The hotel is very close to all amenities but is in a quiet road. Our room and our meals were both of a very high standard. When we arrived the receptionist could have done with some extra help as she was rushed off her feet. This was probably because check in is at 4pm. However when we checked out there were adequate staff. |

Room size was above expectations for a single room. Facilities were all that I required. Breakfast and service were perfect. Would stay again as long as could pay a similar price. A different web-site was offering rates of over £100 and would not have paid this or if I had, would not have felt that was value for money. |

Originally a Scottish mansion house, the hotel is set in 4 acres of beautiful gardens and is just one mile from the city centre, with free car parking. |
Completely refurbished, this grand hotel has a great location in the heart of the city, yet on the quiet side of the river, with splendid views of the River Ness and Inverness Castle. |
Following extensive refurbishment throughout, this secluded Georgian country house is now the epitome of chic country living, standing within 6 acres of private gardens and woodlands. |
With a superb setting on the banks of the River Ness, right in the heart of the city, the hotel has an ideal location for business and leisure guests. |
