We had a very enjoyable stay at the Glenmoriston. The rooms (superior double) were spacious and beautifully decorated, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food in the Contrast brasserie was fantastic. I would recommend paying the extra for the river view. We hope to be able to return in the near future. |

The accommodation was very good, the staff were very pleasant and attentive. However the food was exquisite, fine dining at it's best. |

We liked the helpful staff and the willingness of the hotel to offer late check out. The room was well appointed and very comfortable and clean. Good sized bathroom not cramped. Would have like better bedside lighting for reading but its a very minor point |

After checking in we were accompanied to our room by receptionist. The family room we booked was huge, with a large flat tv and dvd player. Bathroom was also huge. The staff is very friendly. Free parking spaces for the guests. Only one minor thing is the breakfast. As an European we would like a continental breakfast with cheese, ham, bread, etc... but the hotel is situated near the town center so a good breakfast is just a 5-10 minute walk away. |

warm & welcoming hotel. Staying as single woman was not a problem The room was very well equipped and I got the impression that real thought had been put in to making my stay as comfortable as possible. |

It was in a central, picturesque location at the riverside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size and was very clean. There was a well stocked tea tray, including a coffee maker It was quite pricey. |

We checked in very late and were glad of a hot shower and being able to make ourselves a lovely hot cup of tea and to hop in to a lovely clean comfortable bed was a delight, we had been traveling in Europe for four weeks before coming to you and just the simple act of being able to make a cuppa was wonderful, we would stay with you again. |

Just wanted to get away for a couple of days which was sufficient for what we were looking for also the food was delish. On our last day there were builders on scaffolding looking right in our room window at 8am. Thought this was unfair & lacking in privacy. The hotel could have at least warned us that there was going to be work starting at this time !!!! We got money off our room but didnt really feel that that was the answer, would have just have been liked to be notified. |

The staff were particularly helpful, and the hotel was ideally situated both in terms of the pleasant view of the river and its close proximity to the town centre. Nice big bed. The breakfast was a great start to the day. |

i booked an executive double room at £ 150 per night on arrival i find an attic room where , when you get out of bed you bang your head on the sloping roof. would say a classic example of ripping of the tourists. |

Excellent location on the riverside. Comfortable rooms, well presented and very clean. Excellent food in the Brasserie, impressive selection of whiskies in the Piano Bar. Recommended. Rooms perhaps a little on the small size in our experience. |

We felt that the choice of dining - restaurant or bistro was excellent. We dined at the bistro and enjoyed eating good food al fresco on a perfectly warm evening. We felt that some of the waiting staff did not have a good enough command of English. |

The location of the hotel is excellent and everything is maintained to a very high standard. Very good facilities. Two minor niggles: 1. Our room was directly above the restaurant and we could hear a low bass thumping from the musak in the restaurant - from early morning to late at night. Not hugely annoying but something we'd have preferred to be without. 2. The space in the bedroom was a bit cramped. |
