Location, right on the River Ness. Room & View were great. Bar Service, after the wedding was over the service was much better. Check-in Service Breakfast Service Unfortunately our visit coincided with a large wedding. The staff were clearly struggling to cope with very large number of guests. Our breakfast was a disaster, the staff were so overloaded and we had awful service as a result. Check in was a similar situation.

Comfortable room, although nothing extraordinary. Very comfy duvet and loved the cushions. Very good dinner! Breakfast was a bit bland and took quite a while to arrive.

The staff .... they were absolutely excellent in there professionalism , friendliness and service . The restaurant meals were fabulous and good value for money for such fine dinning , the only (minor ) critism would be that there was a limited choice of vegetables to go with main course and was at additional cost. Everything in the room was catered for , bed was very comfortable and décor was of a high standard and spotlessly clean. Plenty of parking spaces. We arrived early and enquired when we could book in ( the web site said 3pm ) , but was informed we could not book in until 4pm. The receptionist did give us a contact number and suggest if we gave them a ring at 3:30pm the room might be ready sooner than 4pm. I feel that 4pm is rather late for booking in as most hotels will let you book in between 2-3pm . However , on the up side booking out was by 12midday allowing for a more relaxing morning before leaving, which I guess does explain the later booking in timescale in order to ensure the rooms are all cleaned to the high standard that they achieve. The receptionist was very kind to offer to keep our luggage for us , if we so wished to save us taking it around the town whilst we shopped / sight-seeing .

Friendly staff Room was dated and not the room as advertised on the internet and in a seperate building. Central heating was not working and I had to get an electric heater out of the cupboard to make the room temperature comfertable.

The location is great and the breakfast is abundant The staff is not so kind; I had a problem with my car and I ask some help...no one replied! I asked to make a phone call to a free number active only for Scottish telephones and it wasn't possible! No facilities for tea/coffee in the room

The staff were particularly good. They were professional and knowledgeable yet remained friendly and approachable. The food and cocktails were also excellent. We had a standard room and it was big enough and spotless. Much better quality, value and service than a chain hotel.
