The room and the view were amazing. Robert the barman was extremely knowledgable about all the whiskey's. All the staff were so friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. I would definately recommend this hotel and we will stay here again
Hotel was good and welcoming in a great new City and we had a great time on our visit.
Room was a little cold. However the outside temperature had droped somewhat.
The main building nicely decorated Breakfast very good.
Room was cold and uninviting. The heating system only works after 16;00 Decor shabby need upgrade in the annex building.
Great location right on the rivers edge in Inverness. The room and bathroom were small by North American Standards but immaculately appointed. Loved the location and decor in the small dining area for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was fresh and its presentation was delightful.
No adaptor was available when I asked to borrow one at front desk.
Lovely room overlooking the River Ness. Room clean, facilities very good, lovely large en suite with excellent shower. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast very good and staff very helpful and friendly. would certainly return to this hotel.
Location, staff, food
I spent countless hours researching hotels in the area for our group and made the decision, held the reservation with my credit card and then got the least desirable room of the group. Could barely move in the room, view was a rooftop. Staff did move us when we complained to a better room but not the best room of the group but at least we could both walk around the room at the same time.
The view and location is amazing. Bed is so comfortable getting to breakfast on time is difficult
From the comfort of the room to the quality of the food, our stay here was first class. Add the quiet yet convenient location bordering the River Ness and you have a great base for exploring the area.
We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. Creative meals, excellent service.
Great place to stay when taking part in the Loch Ness Marathon. Staff couldn't be more helpful.
We were going to drive thru Inverness but saw a mention of this property on TripAdvisor. We decided to take a chance and booked an evening. The place was so lovely we booked a 2nd night (fortunately, they were not full). The food and service were so good we did not explore other restaurants in Inverness as we normally would. Upon checkout, we asked if this property was part of a chain so we could stay in their other properties as we traveled Scotland for a month. Sadly, it was a family-owned solo property. We would HAPPILY travel back to Scotland just to stay there again!
The dining room staff were excellent; as were the front desk staff.
There was extensive road repair in the area which made getting to the Glenmoriston challenging, and we would have appreciated a heads-up on alternate routes.
Spaciousness. Wifi and tv coverage. Complimentary food. Complimentary phone to US. Pleasant, helpful staff.
Washer and drier did not dry laundry.
The breakfast attendant was exceptionally pleasant and attentive even though it was 5AM!
The desk clerk at check in appeared dazed and confused when asked questions about local eating establishments and where to do some last minute emergency shopping. She did, however, arrange for an early morning cab to the airport.
This hotel is excellent for a quiet break away. food was good & staff very friendly Room was nice & big Lovely location with a nice view of the river
Nothing at all
location and parking were excellent.
the price of the room was very high for a in my opinion a small size room. The food was average but the price was 5 star.
Breakfast,rooms and location
great help from staff, rooms clean and welcoming, food excellent, great location
We used this hotel for the first night after my wife had completed a cycle ride from Land's End to John O'Groats. After 9 nights of camping & road dirt it was exactly the haven of peace, tranquility and luxury that she needed.
Nothing - it was all good.
The functions that was underway when we arrived left no parking and unlimited noise with very little sleep. The carpets were not clean. The staff made us feel like they are fitting us in rather than making us feel welcome. Room cramped and stuffy. Many little irritations so wont be back.
Close to city center Spacious rooms, well furnished Excellent bar, good restaurant Parking lot on premise
Breakfast just average quality, nothing to get excited about
Design, comfort, courteous staff
Our bathing facility was cramped
Great location with plenty of on site parking.
Room was fab & food was to die for! Also, staff were lovely & ever so helpful.
Not a thing.
Liked the big comfy bed
The loo was not clean and a hair clasp was on the rim of the loo. Was there when we arrived and was removed the next day, put onto the top of cistern. Also the toilet bowl was dirty when we arrived....
