Although it was only an over night stop the owner and his wife could not have been more helpful from directions into town to advsing us where the best places to eat and drink were in town. The hotel is well decorated, furnished and very clean breakfast was very good. I would say it was a very nice place to stay. |

As a single traveller I especially appreciated having a quality, spacious, light and airy single room which overlooked the entrance rather than a service area or kitchens, as is so often the case. I was made to feel especially welcome and would definitely stay again. The dining room decor was rather dark and the lighting a bit stark for my tastes, but this didn't detract from enjoying my veggie breakfast which was excellent! |

I slept well and enjoyed the porridge for breakfast. The room was fine and the bed comfortable. The shower was not very powerful. |

It was handy for the seafront and beach. I also liked the quiet location in a residential street. Excellent breakfast in a nice dining room served by a cheerful waitress. The bathroom was a bit small and each time I turned on the light a whirring noise emanated from the bathroom which lasted for a good couple of minutes after I switched the light off. |
