The owners Sheila and Willie were very helpful. Rooms really comfortable and bed excellent. Breakfast first class. Would recommend.
The owners were very approachable and the cooked breakfasts were delicious!
Nice householder, very kindly.
The cold weather.
Very welcoming Hosts who made our stay very enjoyable. The room was perfect as was the beautiful comfortable bed. Could go on and on but if you want a warm welcoming stay this is the place to go.
The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean and the tea, coffee etc very generous. Car parking was very handy, and we were near where we wanted to be in Inverness.
It is a busy road and it was a bit noisy as our room was facing the street.
We liked many things...the welcome, the room, the cleanliness, the warmth, the location, the facilities, the parking, the excellent breakfast and best of all the incredible value for money! This was our second stay and both visits have been great.
We absolutely liked everything but if I have to think of a negative then it would be the traffic noise in the room. I have to add that we requested the superior room which is situated at the front of house. It is entirely a personal opinion because we are not used to any noise at all as we live in a very remote place. We would love to stay again but we will request a different room. Sorry to have to say this but it may be useful for other folk to know.
Very friendly owner, located nearby to the centre of the town, it is just a few minutes walk
Friendly, helpful people Good location with excellent parking facility Good breakfast
clean and pleasant B&B, breakfast very lovely, cooked to order .... Friendly couple
Nothing to dislike.
Hosts,location and room
We were made to feel very welcome by the friendly hosts. The room was spotless and had little extra touches. Breakfast was very good too.
The owners are lovely. The room was cosy and clean just a wee bit got but there were three of us in the room. Breakfast was nice especially the fruit salad. Owners genuinely seemed interested in us.
Bathroom a wee bit small (but adequate and clean with plenty of hot water) Mirrors not big enough for three girls to glam up for a night out and could've done with 2 keys for room, but stay was lovely would definitely go back!
Sheila & Willie really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They accommodated us for an early start breakfast when we had to leave early for the Loch Ness running festival. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was spotless, very comfortable and the right temperature. Linen and towels were crisp and white, towels were changed daily! Great location to the town, less than 10 minutes. Plenty of hot water, tea/coffee making facilities with lovely shortbread, I could go on and on!!!!!!
Very convenient to city. Good parking. Easy to get in and out of city.
Although the place was clean and breakfast good, it was quite ordinary in appearance.
The room for three people is too small and the bathroom was closet size.
Lovely room well appointed with very comfortable room and high quality bed linen
The breakfast: 1. We were not asked if we wanted a cooked breakfast, we just had a full Scottish plonked down in front of us. I can't bear eggs so that was a waste, and having stayed in other bed and breakfasts on the previous few nights, I wasn't going to bother as I don't usually have a cooked breakfast every day. 2. The quality of the meat especially the sausage was rather suspect. 3. The family at another table were offered croissants but we were just given toast without being asked if we wanted it, no choice for us :-(
Good location, very helpful and friendly staff, clean room, tasty breakfast. I'll definitely go back next time I go to Inverness.
The bathroom was a bit small
The owners was so nice and helpful! The room was clean and we'll equipped, breakfast was valuable too! Everything was excellent! Moreover, very close to the city centre just 5 minutes walk!
Location. Only 10 min walk to central inverness. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Clean. Good wifi. Nothing to fault.
Position, breakfast, staff
Owners' kindness and breakfast. Lovely breakfast room and tasty mix of seasonal fresh fruit.
it's on a pretty busy road compared to usual Scotland traffic. However we slep in a room with inside windows and slep wonderfully without hearing the cars at all.
EVERYTHING! The hosts are perfectly friendly and they really thought of every little detail. Everything was tidy and clean to its best and the breakfast was delicious.
Leaving this great guesthouse.
The friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the hosts. The location a stone's throw from the River Ness for lovely walks. The comfortable and modern room that enabled great sleep,
It was all good, nothing was bad.
Excellent location close to the central city with parking available. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly.
Bed was a bit soft for my liking.
