I liked that our room was very clean, and the staff helpful and friendly. This is mostly applicable to the first day- it was very hard to find the hotel coming from london stansted as no one knew where Woodside Park was, and there were not any signs when we actually found the tube station as to which way to go. Maybe a slightly detailed route should be made and put on the website. Otherwise, our stay was fine. |

Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast options were extensive. Food quite good. Good restaurant options nearby. Market nearby, too. Parking available onsight and the guest house is outside the congestion zone. Tube station is about 3 blocks away. Would definitely stay here again. |

The staff were keen and attentive with the atmosphere being friendly and relaxing. Choice, amazingly quiet location for the tube into the city or the vibrant local shops and restaurants.Excellent breakfast, continental or full english, we had both ! Stuffy in the room at night even with the window open, but the warm weather can hardly be blamed on the Glenlyn. |

the stuff was very kind and he helped us in everything we wanted. the breakfast was plenty and everything too clean. You can go to london with the underground station called woodside side park who is 30´far away from london. the only problem was the stairs because i lived in the second floor. |

This is really nice hotel. Stuff is pleasant, garden is great, area is quiet. It is very clean. Rooms are OK. Fron 1-10 - 7,5 Breakfast is good, but when you are in hotel for 6 nights it becomes boring (it would be good if there is more choise of food). There is no regular bread, just toast).Hotel is little bit far away from the center of London. |

The hotel is in a great location - handy for buses and tube. It was most unexpected to have a beautiful garden to relax in. The room was fine and the staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again. |

very conveinent location, very clean in all areas of the hotel.Breakfast choice and quality very good as was the breakfast area. All good value for money and have recommended it to our friends. Only one negative, the bath tap and shower in room 29 needs a little attention. |

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The room was beautiful and of a good size. The breakfast included was far better than many times when we have paid up to £30 extra for it. We were fortunate to have a warm and sunny morning which meant we could enjoy our breakfast in the picturesque garden at the back of the hotel. |

Very comfortable, lovely room on the second floor with very comfortable bed and 2 easy chairs. Dining facilities excellent and very comfortable chairs. Airey dining room and beautifully kept quiet garden. Staff went out of their way to be helpful Only drawbacks were no lift, and for one short period (30 mins) we lost hot water to the shower (this was disruptive as we needed to go out immediately) We told the staff and they said the plumbing was due to be replaced at some stage. |

Glenlyn is peaceful, spotlessly clean, a feeling of everything being quality, the breakfast was excellent and it was better service than at hotels twice the price. |

I liked the lamenated flooring as it is far more hygenic than well worn carpet that has probably encountered many fungal feet. We had a twin room, but I found the bed a bit to hard for comfort, although the white crisps sheets did give one assurance that a bed that has been occupied by many people, was clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were very pleasent and helpfull. The one thing I didn't like in the accommodation was the toilet seat. It needed replacing, because it had lost it's white colour and had worn chips in the seat. Also the plug hole in the sink needed a descaler as it had a stain ring around it. I know it might sound petty to some people, but it's important to me. |
