everything!!! it was very dirty, we were kept awake all night, until 5 the next morning from people below our room. We went to breakfast where my 4 year old saw 2 drunk women fall over and who were just going to bed!!! They only had full fat milk( which i am allergic to) . |

Location was good staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good. There was very rarely anyone at reception and the bell didn't work. Room was too cramed for family room and the decor was very 70's. |

The breakfast and service was good There was numerous things that I and my family did not like about the Glenshee Hotel first of all the rooms they were not clean we had glass in our beds, toe nail clippings and at night we had "bed bugs". |

The staff were not friendly, in fact the manager said he was looking to close as he couldnt cope with guests and the keys going wrong in the doors!! The reception was closed at 6.15pm and no-one was interested in welcoming us in. |

It had a very soft bed The room was dirty. The window was hard to open and close and there was an inch of water within the double glazing. The bathroom light made an aweful loud noise when in use. The guy at the desk spoke to us as if we knew how the hotel ran and where things were, felt like he was trying to take the piss every time we had the misfortune of seeing him parking is also poor |

I found the hotel to be very uncomfortable and unclean. Some of the clientele in the bar were drunk, rude and argumentative. Not great for a family hotel. There was no food available at lunch time when I arrived to check in. The shower was filthy and the mattrese on the bed old and uncomfortable. |

The hotel was in a good location not too close to the pleasure beach so you didn`t get any loud noise late at night, but close enough to get to the centre of blackpool with a short bus/tram ride. |

We had booked two rooms and our room was clean but was in need of decoration. We could not get our tv to work. The bed in my daughter and her husbands room was broken and they could only sleep in half of it. The previous guests had smoked in the room, there was no soap, teaspoons and no remote for the television. Having made these complaints they elt they could not say anything about the bed. It was ok for one night only. |

not one thing i could say that was good about it, it was dirty shabby, unfriendly, and at £65 a night a real rip off small cramped rooms, lumpy bed, hole in bathroom door, all area's looked like they had'nt seen a hoover for a month, greeted on arrival with, what name is it, heres you key 1st floor room 103. that was the extent of our greeting. |

it is situated near the beach but was a 2.5 mile to the tower, the rooms were small and a little dated but the staff were pleasant enough and the breakfast was good, the only concern was parking it was all on the street and very very limited |

The Food Was Ok.. Only one member of staff was friendly. We had a nice view from our window. We were allowed to check in at 10.30 as we arrived early. If you are a young couple, its way too far away from anything . It was definately an over 50's hotel.. The rooms were shabby and not very well presented but reasonably comfy- we didnt like it that the members of staff just came into your room with their key card whether you were out or in bed asleep!! I would reccamend this hotel to older people. A gym and sauna is advertised with this hotel but the gym is actually right up the road by a block of flats! All in all it was a nice holiday but not the right hotel for us. We would reccamend to older people only. |

Sara was extremely efficient,& helpful, as well as caring.Ithought the Breakfast was very good, as well as substantial.{My Booking being b& b only}. On the very first morning Iwas dismayed to find that my shower was only flowing with cold WATER.{room 108} I reported this to Sara, and in her normal efficient manner. She arranged for maintenance to deal with it.Maintenance reported to her that it had been dealt with; but on checking it out myself, found it was still only flowing cold water. Sara therefore found me an alternative room for the rest of my stay. However it would appear that at no time in either room, was there signs of a cleaner having visited. Also the milk and coffee facilities were never replenished at any time during my stay.I Realise that the business needs to conform to a strict budget; but if more entertainment was provided Bar takings would rise in proportion. |
