TV too small
dog friendly ,great breakfast ,super soft bed ,great B&b
Lovely room and breakfast with every comfort provided, great attention to detail while remaining completely relaxed and friendly. We stayed for one night and went away feeling happy and refreshed, as if one day can be a complete holiday.
Very nice room and bathroom and a well prepared breakfast, very nice host, attention to detail throughout.
The right by the roadside location is less charming than the B&B (though road noise is not an issue).
Very helpful owner and excellent breakfast
No expense spared whether it was the tea/coffee etc in your room, bathroom amenities or breakfast. We had the two bedroom attic room. Very comfortable. Breakfast was impeccable. Good quality all round. Excellent.
The breakfast was varied and excellent. Our room had a really nice roll top bath, a big comfy bed, lots of space and storage.
We arrived before the check-in time and were rather rudely told to come back later, so we left to have lunch with friends, this time arriving a little later that the check-in and were again rudely reminded, by the owner, of the very narrow check-in window. It wasn't a great welcome and I though it was unnecessary, considering is was only 8pm.
the superior room and the roll top bath
Enjoyed all aspects of the accomodation, freindly and homely with first class breakfast
Comfortable, good food, owner and staff very helpful and friendly, good location. Our dog was made very welcome despite the owners dog being on heat.
Parking limited if you have a large vehicle but there is on street free parking nearby.
I traveled with a friend and we both enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows in our room that overlooked the garden..And the large claw foot tub in a bathroom big enough for a sitting area.
Comfortable and homely with high standard of service. Excellent breakfast. Good location for close-by beaches, promenade and local village shops.
Situated just off busy main road with limited parking.
Nicely decorated, spacious room and bathroom. Beautiful view out the expansive windows into the lovely garden. (We just hung out in the room all one rainy afternoon.) Superb breakfast. Friendly, accommodating staff. Free parking.
A little difficult with the cramped parking, but it all worked out.
Lovely room and bathroom. Very welcoming and helpful.
Lovely room, with a nice selection of biscuits, tea and coffee. Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast!
Could hear reception very clearly from the bathroom-not really an issue though as the hotel is small and very quiet.
Well placed for day trips out lovely beaches. Very welcoming and helpful staff lovely breakfasts.
locally not much choice of paces to eat in the evening
lovely setting behind a forest track. waking up to a lovely green space is a wonderful thing. the room was generously proportioned, thoughtfully laid out and oh-so-relaxing. the owner has a real flair for this. gorgeous breakfasts. a real gem.
b&b owners we've sometimes found to suffer a little bit from the grumbles. doesn't bother me too much, but it makes my other half get narky.... i'd still recommend.
The closeness of the town and the beach.chris and her staff were very friendly .the breakfast was cooked to order and the bed was comfortable.nothing not like.
Didn't use the car park as it is a bit tight but eas able to park free about 200 yds up the road. A warning beware of parking on the front in a place called oystermouth square car park it is privately owned and you can only use their machine .it is joined onto a council operated car park and is there to catch the unwary.my brother parked there and because their machine didn't take a card he went to the council machine and displayed his ticket not realising it was private land and got fined £50.
All of it.
Wonderful welcome, amazing breakfast and very accommodating as we were able to bring our bikes indoors.
Ideal location. spacious accommodation.
