VERY Good breakfast. Good room with en suit, tea and coffee making facilities. You could not fault this Hotel for the price.
Bed squeaked loudly every time you moved. Kept waking me up.
The bed was very comfortable.
The sink was in the bedroom. Do not like the small shower at all. Breakfast was poor, still plenty of food. Not good quality for the money!
Needs up dating
breakfast was good
bed squeaked. room was clean but could do with coat of paint
Staff were likeable.
Dated decor, poor facilities. Not very nice smell in room and bathroom.
Staff were all so very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Very pretty too.
I would have liked a phone in the room to contact reception for questions, or an information leaflet. There was one on the door but it didn't say what time breakfast finished.
All in general, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
It was clean and the breakfast was very good.
There was nothing to complain about .
Great value for money. Hotel is dated but is going through a revamp. Breakfast was lovely.
Quite noisy with doors banging, wooden hall floors so all conversations and walking could be heard and a child kicking a ball against a wall from 7 am on a Sunday morning!!!
Friendly man on front desk, room very clean.
Location, road full of houses converted into flats, lots of young people hanging around the street, loud music from houses, didn't feel safe and concerned about car over night. People returning to hotel at 2am and having to bang hard on door to get in. How about a bell that porter can carry reciever around with him.
could not sleep due to drunks walking up and down the street making a hell of a noise, the bathroom was well you can imagine , not very nice, I could say more but I think I have made my point
It's a cheap hotel, but felt clean, cared-for and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
No real complaints. TV didn't seem to work in our room, but that wasn't a problem for us.
Nice breakfasts,room confortable
too far away from main town if on foot -(30 mins walk)
Absolutely everything and everyone was gret at this wonderful hotel. So clean and friendly. I would definitely go there again.
Nothing to dislike
Clean and tidy and very friendly and welcoming staff. Value for money.
Good value for money, clean room, very friendly staff and a good breakfast!
Reception staff very welcoming.
No hook to hold shower head on wall, bath panel hanging off. The worst breakfast I've ever had served by the rudest person I've been served by
storage facilities for bikes
Breakfast. (The food and the range of open times) Friendly staff
WiFi a bit patchy A lot of locals talking outside for a long time. I had to close the window, then of course got very warm.
The owners and staff were so accommodating. They made us feel very welcomed. There is a lot of history around the hotel and they pointed that out - it was super quiet. There is a lift so baggage was no problem. The breakfast was very good. In fact, the elderly lady serving breakfast was so wonderful and funny we just loved her humor, she was a highlight of our stay.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, a map was printed out for us to find our way around the area. Breakfast was excellent, a good variety of choices. The room was clean and well decorated. We enjoyed our stay there.
Because of the weather was warm, we had the window open at night, noise from seagulls (not the hotels fault) and some noise from the street. We are light sleepers. But did not spoil the break there.
reception very friendly
Breakfast staff (one in particular) very curt. not to sure of the saftey of the car parked in hte raod.
I can't think or one attribute
An outside light directly outside by bedroom window. It was brighter in the bedroom at night than it was in the day. Vacuum Cleaner left laying on the floor in the Hallway directly outside my room. The place was like a rabbit warren
For the price was good
The location as it was convenient to the venue for the Wedding Reception we were attending and for other places we wished to go to during our stay.
Slow response to attempts to make changes to booking arrangements prior to our stay. Poor quality furniture and a particularly worn out mattress. Curtains for the room were in a poor condition and badly fitted. Staff slow to react when told about damaged sink stopper that was unfit for use.
