The breakfast was nice and a wide variety was offered
The pub was noisy at night and you could here everything from your room. The floor creaked on every floor and the walls are paper thin.
Nothing left a day early.
No heating in the room when we arrived and thank fully we are not disabled. Room was disabled room Maybe for mature couple honeymoon room would have been better.
Comfortable bed and good breakfast
Room heating was inadequate for a cold night but bearable!
Breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful despite being under pressure, not enough of them.
Noise from the bar kept us awake until well after midnight. Bathroom in need of a refurb. Had family room located above bar.
Friendly welcome, low cost, good value
Room parking cleanliness value for money
The staff were friendly, food was very good. Great value for money and we would definitely stay there again
Location was perfect for the town centre and theatre.
The location was good for our needs
We expected to be allocated a room that was shown on the website. Room was shabby and not very clean. Staff were not very helpful.
although the rooms were old and dated, they were clean
there were 6 of us, who booked 3 rooms, we were travelling over 120 miles to attend a funeral, I noticed that it stated we couldn't get in the rooms until 2, which was when the funeral started, so I rang and asked if we could get in to at least 1 of the rooms at 1 so we could change and freshen up, he said he would put that request against the booking. we arrived at approx. 11.30am I asked the lady behind the bar if it was still ok to have the keys for at least 1 room, she said no you should have asked. I explained that I had asked. she spoke to another lady who said she would clean a room for us to access at 1pm. however when we asked for the key, the lady behind the bar said they could not find it. I stressed that it was really important to have a room to change into, she went away and asked someone if they could find out where the key was, they said the previous resident had forgotten to leave it. she continued to serve other people at the bar, and at 1.40 I said this is ridiculous, we are going to be late now. she eventually said she would get the cleaner to open the door with her key (why she could not have done this in the first place I do not no! the result was we arrived very late for the funeral. also, one of our party was served a drink in a filthy glass, when he pointed this out, instead of replacing the drink (which was only a small glass of coke,) she tipped it in another grubby glass. we ordered food, and 3 out of the 6 things we ordered they did not have, but instead of telling us this when we ordered, she came back 3 times to keep telling us. having run pub myself, I know that it is easy to run out of things, but the manner in which you inform your customers does require some degree of politeness. the lady who dealt with us throughout the morning lack any kind of people skills, preferring to keep stopping dealing with us to chat with the regular customer at the bar.
No wifi in room
Quiet room. Bar next door. little else. not great value for money.
Poor decoration. Tired and jaded room. No staff to ask questions of when pub was shut. no reception, only walk up to bar when pub open. Was in their disabled access room. Shower in bath!!
I think that you should have signs warning people of how hot the water is
Warm room , hot shower on a very cold weekend. Lively but friendly pub. Good value for money
Room clean but in need of some repair/updating - shower rail falling off wall Breakfast - no communication - we had to ask for 2 full breakfasts and if we just helped ourself to cereals etc
The location, the bed was nice and clean, the room basic and clean
There was no bath mat in the bath room, the toilet roll wasn't one for the holder so just sat on top of the cistern,
Location staff very friendly could not fault them
Bathroom very poor breakfast Luke warm very tired accommodation!
Room was clean and comfortable
the wifi stopped working, and when I went downstairs for breakfast there was very little choice and no signage.
Breakfast was a joke. The portion size was very small you received one sausage one piece of fatty bacon a egg and lots of tinned tomatoes. There was a lot of road noise coming from the street. The bathroom and rooms are in need of a face lift. When we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes as initially we were informed that we had not booked. The majority of guests are contractors who leave mud everywhere from their boots. This hotel is lacking in management we had been there 3 days when we received an email from booking.com charging a cancellation fee stating that we had not fulfilled our booking. The hotel had informed them that we had not checked in. The only good point I found about this hotel was that it is in a central location.
BEER IN THE PUB GREAT
HAD A PRIVATE PARTY & SHUT THE BAR FROM 6-30 TO 10pm HAD TO FIND ELSEWHERE TO EAT.GLAD BREAKFAST WAS FREE BECAUSE I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID.

Wifi didn't work but that's the only complaint I have
A nice clean place in the centre of Yeovil a few minutes walk from the town centre
Rooms were small but did the job
the bedroom was a bit tired, water stain marks on the ceiling.
Everything - the staff, the location, the rooms the atmosphere on the night, brilliant
