Score from 817 reviews Good
Easy access to buses and trains to Stratford station. Has Tesco nearby. Friendly staff. Had a clean toilet.
The roof of the room was leaking. Had a kettle in the room but no cups. Single room had a toilet in the room, but no shower. Shower was clean but ridiculously small and the light outside the shower was not working.
Big nice flat-screen TV, quite comfy bed, cosy lighting, fairly clean room, privacy, en-suite shower and WC, quietness, and silence. That's all there is to it needed when you are totally worn out and tired after a hard long day. All in all it's OK and I would definitely stay there again if I had to. Make sure you book at least en-suites and you should be fine. Don't go for rooms without showers / WC.
Wi-Fi had issues each morning. It could not hold steady connections. That was compensated though by having it almost perfect in the evenings. Their ISP does not have FCrDNC set therefore you might find yourself in trouble sending emails if your email provider is taking spamming and security seriously. They are also listed on quite a few RBLs. I temporarily had to turn off a few protection features on my server in order to be able to send emails from their ISP. The shower had its moments by changing hot water to cold by itself. It was pretty hard to keep the same temperature. I had about a minute before it turned either icy cold or boiling hot.
room facilities i sent you an email with pics of the horror
Cheep and cheerful, good location Value for money
Very scruffy Temperature on the shower didn't seem to respond to the controls WiFi was sporadic at best
the location was convenient for my purposes
uncomfortable bed, bathroom needs renovating, window in room needs a locking/closing mechanism. not very clean.
My son and his friend enjoyed the wifi.
Tv didn't work, no kettle in room, three of us but two had double pillow but 3rd had one pillow only, 2 sachets of shower gel for three people. View on the street so had to keep curtain closed. No air, very hot in room. Noisy upstairs
The price was low
Room smelt heavily of smoke Rubbish in yard outside window Soggy carpet in landing
The whole of the lower floor smelt of marujiana, including my room, so strongly it can not be understated. Couldn't open the window as it increased the level of noise from the all night party (5.30am) in the room next door. Made a complaint to the chap on reception in the morning and with a yawn and bloodshot eyes tells me 'oh, it won't happen next time'...and then fades to a mumble as he turns away. I think he must be related to mystic meg as I wouldn't step foot in this place if it were the last available room in London. 2 hours sleep, the stench of drugs and non caring staff
the staff and the rooms were clean
they should have coffee and tea making facilitis in rooms. This is the standard thing in hotels in UK.
Hotel was convenient for Stratford rooms clean and staff helpful
Triple room small and no where to hang clothes
We appreciated the clean room, refurbished bathroom, no problems with hot water, 24 hour reception service, nice staff, bus stop right in front of the hotel and good transport possibilities from the near Stradford station (train, underground, buses..) The city center to be reached within 30 minutes.
Old windows had problems with closing tight, so we could hear the traffic from the street a bit more. Once, we had problem with connecting to WiFi, but there was really nothing that would make us angry about staying at this hotel. I would really recommend to anyone who seeks good value for a cheap price.
its close to westfild shopping center and the underground
some of the staff members was rude. no good service. the bathroom was dirty and the shower did not work!
Good transport links for Westfield Shopping Centrfe, Stratford International and Olympic Park
No breakfast available but very good cafe across the road from the hotel
I was allowed to have a later check out time.
The location wasn't nice. Stayed there as I was taking part in a run nearby. Wouldn't stay more than one night and would not go back there again.
Close to local train station and westfield shopping cemtre
Not very clean. We waited a while to check in. Thete was no basic facilities e.g. a cup to make a cup of tea orva remote for the t.v
Cheap! We came during Invictus games and loads of places were sold out, this was the nearest and cheapest place.
Dirty Very small bathroom No Breakfast Long way from underground, nearest station is overground
Room sizes where good, wifi facilities were good, good size beds, shower was good but could be better
The rooms need a revamp, shower was good but the trays need to be replaced, the toilet seat for the wc isn't the right size, mattresses need to be changed as it sinks in which gives back pains, just a simple care and attention and it will be a perfect hotel
needed overnight accomodation for Ride London 2014 when everything else was booked up. it was convenient for the start at QE park Next year i will book earlier and find something a little more upmarket hopefully
tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice rather than a fridge downstairs with some possibly iffy milk. also a working tv would have been helpful rather than having to prop the aerial in the window or having to hold it and only get one channel.staff seemed to spend all their time chatting on their mobile phone in their own language and only paying some attention to their customers when you interrupted them. not our best experience ever but needs must...
Friendly check in men,clean room,quiet
They need to have some toiletries,in bathroom
No even some cup or glass in the room, not mentioning a kettle
Good location and value
Service with a smile from the team at glorydale, I stay every year for ridelondon and it's the perfect venue for an overnight stay before the event comfortable and in the perfect location.
Wifi issues connecting (may have just been me)
There was no cups for tea and was no kattle. Only one chair in double room. Not so wide tv as shown in advertising. For 80£ per night its very exspensive.....
