iT was as ecpected
the room faced the road and the windows did not shut properly hence noise and draughts
Caring staff, ready to oblige. Very comfortable bed. Nice to have a bar and somewhere to relax in the afternoon/evenings. Hot drinks always available. Will be happy to return.
Same segment fruit each morning but obliged as soon as we asked for an alternative.
Convenient and room facilities excellent
No bacon only sausage at breakfast
The bed is too small and too hard.
Bed was comfortable Shower decent
Although I have stayed here on numerous occasions before and been satisfied, this visit fell short- booked a double bed room got a twin- was a serious damp patch in the corner of the room and the chair in the room had what looked like stains on it- decor tired looking in this room.also had paid about £20 less on some previous visits.
Nice clean room, helpful staff, buffet breakfast...happy days :)
Excellent facilities and service
There seem to have a drain smell in toilet otherwise berry good
Friendly helpful staff who immediately took the stress out of a problem that had arisen for our family in an efficient manner.
Near park and ride bus terminus for access yo city centre and docks. Ground floor room near reception but quiet at night. Plenty of parking. Never a long queue at Reception. Good breakfast, fantastic croissants! All in all amazing value.
Not a very nice coffee blend in dining room machine (but good machine). Not enough teabags/milk pots/sweeteners in room (but plenty at reception!).
Location of the hotel is great for a base to explore the surrounding area. Great pub next door with fantastic range of food
Don't book room 218 as its beside the boiler room and every time someone put on the hot water tap the noise was horrendous
Clean room, breakfast included. Helpful staff
Friendly staff Lovely room Comfy beds Clean throughout Great breakfast
Breakfast lovely Near to the park and ride
Bed a little firm for me but great for my husband
Grumpy receptionist on arrival. (I can't remember her name but she was around 40-50 y/o lady with blond hair)
The décor was fresh and modern. Very clean and the breakfast which was included in our stay was quite comprehensive. Adequate parking. The Bumble Bee pub adjacent provided a good meal and service.
Nothing. We thought this Holiday Inn Express was excellent.
clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. All in all very good value.
Friendly efficient staff
Choice at breakfast very limited
Helpful, friendly staff Clean and fresh Comfortable beds Excellent location Great value for money
Can't fault this hotel
Staff greeted me with smiles. Very helpful. Advised on how I could order a take away supper and supplied me with crockery and cutlery. They couldn't have been more friendly.
Quality hotel, good staff and pub next door very good too!
A bit isolated but thats often the case nowadays.
lousy breakfast, noisy air fresher (blower) in the bathroom all night, small bar which looks like a canteen.
Rang previous day requesting ground floor adjacent rooms as 93 year old father with us. On arrival rooms were apart on the 1st floor! Breakfast on Sun chaotic as large number of guests but no flexibility in layout. Croissants served v cold!
