Couldn't get into room when we arrived after 2.

Good staff

Limited choice at breakfast

Comfort was good and breakfast too.

Loo cistern sounded to be filling permanently Card system for door and lights not easily understood when carrying 3 bags and narrative is tiny on a tiny card!

Comfortable bed, good bathroom. Good value for a budget hotel.

Room stuffy with window closed and too much traffic noise if open. "free" breakfast poor - cheap ingredients and no promised fresh fruit salad.

Early check which we rang to request which made all the difference to our day. Clean rooms very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Nice clean compact ensuite.

Breakfast hot plates area too small for lots of guests.

Comfortable well appointed spacious room, with all facilites expected of a quality hotel.

The room we had was next to the HVAC system, which kept cutting in and out through the night which stopped us opening the window

We were very impressed with the hotel

The only thing we would criticise is the mattress in 115was uncomfortable. It was not level and needs turning or replacing

Good pub almost on site, good food. Easy access to town centre as Park and Ride within 3 mins walk.

The layout of the rooms made everything very easy. Spacious and very comfortable. Lovely pub across the way and snacks in the hotel if you don't want a full meal. Very quiet as well. Staff very friendly.

The breakfast. The sausages were dried up and over cooked. No bacon - and the eggs were scrambled and dried up as well. We weren't late or early - just normal time but we ended up going continental as it was a better option - shame as it was the only thing letting it down for us

Right on a very busy A road, noisy all night. Booked a twin room, only room available was double (my son slept on the sofa bed). Hotel blamed Booking.com for error.

It was in the ideal area for my trip,very clean.and all staff I delt with were excellent.and helpful. No complaints what so ever

The break fast area could be designed a little better, like having the hot food where the jucies and jam is,so you can walk round it and more people would be able to get breakfast quicker rather than one at a time.this is not a moan just a little thought to speed things up.

Nice large room. Close to park and ride for Gloucester. Nice pub with good food next door.

Very practical, and met my needs

Thought you was short of staff in the morning, with one poor girl trying to run reception and deal with breakfast duties.

The smell of wee in and around the bathroom area of the room. No where were we told Wifi was free for the first 30 mins

usual *express* hotel no problems.Happy with stop.Vintage Inn next door is a bit dear for pub food but pub itself,gardens,and staff very nice.
