The staff were great and it's very near motorway so easy to find The smell of wee in and around the bathroom area of the room. No where were we told Wifi was free for the first 30 mins

Everything about our stay was perfect staff couldn't do enough for you really friendly and hospitable .food was perfect .room was comfortable clean and nicely furnished .would recommend this hotel to others

Excellent parking. Very good to be able to pop back into the modern world if on a Heritage Crawl. Nice pub adjacent for meals.

Loved staying there. Price was perfect as was a quick stop on the way to football. Everything was tidy and the set out was perfect. Couldn't fault anything. we couldnt find prices for wifi anywhere and didn't really want to phone down.

I must say that the location is close to all amneties. Breakfast is more on the continenatal side rather then Full Eng B'Fast. Would prefer if the hotel had its own restaurant rather than going at Bumble Bee which is next door.

The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble.If all staff were as accommodating as those at Gloucester,Holiday Inn would be,by far,the most popular of Hotel chains.I cannot say how friendly ,knowlegeable and helpful they were throughout the whole of our stay. Normally I am a person not easily satisfied but this Hotel left nothing to be complained about from check in through breakfasts to leaving.Excellent

Excellent hotel for stop over. Room is very comfortable,good breakfast and excellent parking,reasonable price. Restaurant next door. Room next to A/C engine is a bit noisy.

Clean and relatively spacious rooms. Lack of soundproofing between floors. I could hear people (kids?) running about in the room above. Luckily it did stop by 11-30pm.
