Comfortable and low key, with a really excellent location.
Reception downstairs and unmanned.
Staff members are smoking near the room window. No phone reception inside the room. The room smell toilets.
There is no lifts inside the hotel Old furniture & smal rooms
The location was good.
Poor quality hotel. No lift had to climb 3 flight of stairs with young child. The room was too expensive and poorly decorated and not very clean with stains on the side of the bed. Very did disappointed. Wouldn't recommend hotel to anyone.
Walking distance to London central makes up for small rooms. Wifi access and friendly staff.
Pokey showers and wafer thin pillows.
Location Adequately sized room Breakfast
The towel rack kept falling off the wall.

Amount of stairs to get to room
Large room for 4. Convenient location. Ample and clean linens each day. Daily breakfast was included and okay, although eating area was very tight.
This was the most expensive room I booked in a month-long France, London, Geneva trip so I expected a quality hotel. The hotel in general has a cramped feel, including the lobby, entry, reception area and breakfast area. Room itself was large. Though the room looked like it had once been nice, many pieces of furniture were broken down and fell apart repeatedly during our stay.
Location for us was spot on. Friendly staff, lovely big rooms.
No lift for my 80 year old mother!
was lovely, all over
nothing to dislike, just bear in mind there's no parking.
The room was spacious & comfortable for myself and 2 young children. The beds were good and the AC came in handy. Very clean.
Although the breakfast was good, the room was just a bit crowded. It was essential to get to breakfast early in order to get a table.
- nice location - good value for money
- noisy street
The room was spatious, clean, and well equipped. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Location was very convenient and easy accessible from anywhere in London. The breakfast was good too and the kitchen staff was really nice and welcoming. The bathroom was very comfortable and in a good condition.
I didn't like the fact that FAN was really loud in the room that I barely could hear myself. While it was good thing that we had an sort of air conditioning in the room, yet it was extremely loud.
The location is good, close to tube, shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful.
We stayed in summer. The curtains were completely inadequate to screen the afternoon sun. The windows didn't close properly and the aircon unit was quiet noisy.
The employee are very professional and nice. They welcomed us very good. Breakfast was typically english and location good. The hotel is clean
The quality of family Room #4 was not good. Furniture and decoration.
This hotel had the ideal location. Just minutes from Oxford street. It's located in a lovely area also. Baker Street and Marble Arch tube stations are only a short walk away. Rooms were basic but comfortable.
Breakfast room can be very busy. It's a bit of a tight squeeze. Tables and chairs very close to one another.
Very nice and friendly helpful Hotel staff
Very low standard, broken window, glas in cup board were broken, air condition noice like an air Craft. Not worth the price
The breakfast was rather too skimphish, but sufficient.
Central location. Easy walk to oxford st
Room was overlooking busy main st with traffic noise
The property was slightly tatty. We were put in 4th floor room very small up ever narrowing stairs! No lift! We requested another room as I have a small health issue and can't do too many stairs. We were moved to a ground floor dog box. The air conditioning was a noisy floor unit that took up most of the available floor space. We discovered that the toilet leaked and flowed onto the bed room carpet, this was an on going problem as the carpet was stained. Management didn't seem to think this was an issue! We requested a full refund and move to a new hotel but was told that the manager was the only person to authorise this and he was un contactable. We were stuck! They promised a refund for the second night but I had to return 2days latter to insist they refund me. The toilet issue had still not been resolved! I would not book my in dog to stay at this property! To call it a hotel is an insult to all other hotels
