The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located with easy access to transport. It is in a quiet area of London. The bed was uncomfortable and the room small. The door to the room squeaked. Maybe it's London but I found the hotel expensive for what it is. |

The hotel is very central in a very good location for sightseeing and shopping. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. the free Breakfast was adequate. Will be staying here again on my next trip to London. |

The layout of the hotel, reception was located in the basement and I was on the top floor of the hotel, and had to negotiate, a lot of stairs with all my bags, and no lift to the room |

The staff was nice and helpful. The description/photos of the hotel did somewhat not correspond to reality. The double room and the bed in particular was way too small for 2 people why we had to book an addtional single room. We did not receive any compensation or reduced price. |

Good location for my business meeting An extremely low-quality operation - a most depressing place to stay - decades old furnishings, extremely poor quality equipment and decoration, dangerous looking electrical wiring |

Well situated, bus stop very near (1 minute by foot), tube stops not far (about 10 min). Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, large, comfortable and quiet. Continental breakfast good. Only few rooms are quiet; more of them are noisy. The rooms in the basement and ground floor are not recommendable (very noisy and small) |

The position in relation to Oxford Street and Baker street was excellent and being on a bus route (139) made getting back at night very easy and safe. My room was on the back of the premises and was very quiet. Everywhere was clean and continental breakfast good. Staff were helpful. There was no lift and I was on the 5th floor so help was offered to get my case to the room. My single room was about as small as it could be. I had a bathroom solely for my use across the corridor which was not a problem really but again you could not have made it smaller. It was impossible to get much water in the kettle for making a cup of tea because the washbasin was so small. My friend's bathroom (again outside the room) was 4 times bigger.I missed having a lift to get me to 5thfloor |

I did not like anything about the hotel. First of all it is extremely dirty. You can see the signs of the nosepickers on the walls. All walls are extremely dirty. The central heating in the WC was on in the summer. There is an extreme noise coming from the traffic on the road. There are extreme dirty curtains. Furnitures in the rooms are terrible!!! |

clean rooms, friendly staff, perfect location, good price compared to hotels in London. you will not fall in love with it but you will survive. next time i am considering other hotels and pay GBP 20-30/night more for more comfort probably. i am old enough to deserve more comfort the toilet was outside the single room! that was not written anywhere on website. i was shocked at the beginning but in the end used to it. Though it was outside, it belonged to me totally which was the most import thing for me. The room was tiny as well (max. 4 m2). no lift. |

Waren voor inchecktijd in hotel maar konden toch al in kamer. Hotel ligt centraal, 5 minuten van Oxford Street en is dus ideaal voor een shoppingtrip. |
