The hotel was more like a bedsit.The room was very shabby,in urgent need of a refurb.there was a foul sewage smell coming from sink and shower.Very shabby room.certainly would not recommend this so called hotel.

Location was convenient for shopping at oxford street. Room size was fine and had enough space for two to move with ease. We didn't like the furnishing taste and colors of the room it didn't match a basic style room.

Staff was very helpfull. Nice breakfast. No lift. I stayed at the 6th floor and had large and heavy bags. Staff helped me to carry them up, but staying at the 6th with no lift after a whole day of walking was not good.

Location for all tourist places is ideal, the continental breakfast was really good, not the best rooms, bit dated, but value for money for £79 a night, excellent staff, very pleasant, allowing check in early and allowed to leave bags with them for the afternoon after check out.

Great location - it took 10 minutes to walk to Oxford street, Marble Arch station, Baker street station and Hyde Park. Very good breakfast included. Fairly quiet street and seems a very safe area. We wanted to get a short extension on our stay, however hotel wanted then to charge extra per hour. Anyway, they allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel until we had to go to airport.

Location, location, location........ Very close to oxford street for shopping and as well to edgware road for Arabic restaurant. Internet is free the bed was comfy. The breakfast was very poor.. The second day we did not bother to go for it. The room door is quit strong, we struggled every time we open it.

it was well-placed for sightseeing,comfortable and the staff were bright and very helpful. The included breakfast was good as well. Overall very good value and I would use it again. it is on quite a busy road but that wasn't too bad and I always carry ear plugs !

The location was good, close to Oxford Sreet shopping area, the room was very big and comfortable more than i expect.Wi Fi worked very well. good breakfast.i would stay again in the Hotel when i visit London next time. No Lift.

The hotel is in a great location, about 10 minutes walk from Marble Arch Tube Station, and in a safe area. I stayed in a superior single room, which had a double bed and en suite. The room was basic but clean, and had everything I needed, including free in room wi-fi. It was quiet at night which was a bonus for a city location. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They happily stored my baggage for the day as I went for my meeting. Overall a pleasant experience. For my expectations of basic accommodation, I have no complaints. Dont come here expecting a 5* hotel and you shouldn't be dissappointed.

The price of the hotel was great for the location of it. It is very central in a nice area .. close to metro station to Oxford street for shopping. I would recommend this hotel if u are traveling on budget. because although the price is low you will also get free wireless and also breakfast! The room was very dirty when I got the room. Also house keeping should be done when the guest is outside the room not while the guest is inside!!!!

Tha staff were very nice I have stayed at the hotel before in a nice big room facing the back .and it was nice and quiet .but this time We stayed in a room on the front of the hotel facing the road .and it was awful the noise of the traffic kept us awake all night .we were so tired the next day .that we couldnt enjoy London 'so we went home early to get some needed sleep'So if you stay there dont get a room on the front of the hotel
