Clean, good location (only 5min walk to Oxford Street), good range of breakfast, free Wi-fi Lack of elevator which made it very inconvenient for people staying on level 3-4, moth-ball smell in Room 3, thin walled room.

Extremely good value- £49 in central London with free wifi and breakfast included.... Friendly staff. Will use regularly now. A printed receipt would be more useful for future business trips

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean and breakfast was plentiful and very well presented. I would like to say a big THANKYOU for making our stay a very pleasant experience. Can't think of anything that I didn't like!

The bed was not clean. The room was really really warm and big noise from the busy road even We had two windows shut down. The air conditioner was too noisy when turned on.could not turn it on otherwise no one could get in sleep. We even could hear people's breathing from next room! I booked online was €155 for two night. After we arrived charged me €175. Did not bother to ask the reception. Just want to get out the hotel. Never go back again.

the bed was so comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. staff was very helpful and kind. breakfast was good and waiting staff come to serve you coffee and fresh toast as you sit down. I found that the cups and and the bathroom were not squeaky clean but that was just a very minor issue.

The staff was friendly and guest-friendly. The breakfast was included and it was very good with a lot of choses. You could also buy a vegetarian breakfast. In addition they are located very well in London since the hotel are close to the station Baker Street, the museum Madame Tussaud, The oxford street. Nice restaurants around the hotel as well!

Location is perfect, just a minutes walk from Oxford rd, value for money - hotel + breakfast !!! 3Rd floor without elevator, for family with small child is quit challenging, can't imagine with the pram. Cleanliness is not 100% - bathroom, and decor is a bit tired.

The room was as described, and just big enough for one person. It was nice to have the bathroom, and despite it being in the hall it was great. Quiet and friendly Internet access didn't work. Too much information was required at check-in (passport no???) which I kept to bare minimum.

Three days before our arrival we got a phone call from the hotel saying that they are moving us after two nights to the basement at first we didn't like the idea of moving but luckily it turned out for the best. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.. nothing too fancy but is exactly what is needed. The staff is really friendly and they helped us in anyway they could. The first room we had had a lot of space and can fit four people. The second room was smaller but was sufficient for our needs. The first room was on the forth floor and there wasn't an elevator which meant you had to carry the luggage but the hotel staff carried them. The water flow in the bathroom in the first room was awful... it took forever to wash up but when we moved to the basement the water flow was much better.

Gloucester Place Hotel is located strategically in city centre, it's only 6 minutes walk to major city shopping areas, such as Primark, m&s, and many more, plenty of food, souvenir shops, taxi, etc. The place is very safe with very good security. My family and I stayed at a big comfortable room which could even accommodate more than 6 persons. In addition, the breakfast provided were just as good as we wanted and expected. The staff at the kitchen were helpful and we all were pleased, esp my boys. The officer in charge/manager of the hotel, Mr David was very helpful and cheerful from our first checkin day where he even personally assisted voluntarily to carry our big luggages to our room at first floor. Our one week stay at Gloucester Place is a memorable one. We are rather frequent travellers and this small and comfortable hotel is commendable. Thank you. Generally my family and I just love this hotel. We couldn't expect 100 percent for a 3 stars hotel anywhere. Perhaps some little thing here and there that might need some improvement, such as to put anti-slip rubber bathmat for bath-tub.

It was the right price and where i needed it to be The state of the furniture in the room was terrible, the wardrobe was falling to bits. The tv was perched on the top of a household refridgerator which was extremley noisy and had to be turned off. The curtains were ripped and did not fir the room windows, the carpet was discustingly dirty and old.
