Camera grandissima... altrettanto il bagno. Il fatto che se non parli benissimo l'inglese lo staff ti addita come "il solito italiano"!!!, colazione scarsissima!!!! davvero ridicola!!! |

ottima posizione, zona residenziale, a due passi da Madame Tussauds e dalle metro di Baker Street e Marble Arch. il rapporto qualità prezzo, per Londra, è ottimo. l'hotel è un pò vecchiotto ma la camera era grande e abbastanza pulita. Purtroppo non c'è l'ascensore, quindi è sconsigliabile per chi viaggia con moltiu bagagli o con una valigia grande. |

l'hotel si trova in posizione centrale vicinissimo alla stazione metro di marble arch e alle fermate bus, la colazione era buona e abbondante, in più la nostra camera (una quadrupla) si è scoperto essere composta di due camere comunicanti attraverso un corridoietto comune, quindi c'era abbastanza spazio. il bagno era ben tenuto, c'era un phon potente e nel complesso si stava bene. in rapporto al prezzo pagato non mi sento di lamentarmi |

I liked the location, very close to Oxford Street. I liked the price, good value for money There was no lift to access the 4th floor (difficult to carry luggage upstairs) The shower cabin was falling apart and the shower fixtures were shaky and about to come off the wall. |

I found the hotel was kept clean and tidy The bedroom furniture was very shabby and needed an update.hardly any hangers in the wardrobe,curtains were falling off. The dining room was inadaquate for the amont of guests in the hotel. The breakfast staff were not very experienced .Also no lift available in the hotel. |

all staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me with my stay, cause I was able to leave my case in the room whilst I was at an interview no really, just that the milk for the tea was a little off and the shower wasn't that powerful. everything else was great |

We got what we paid for no more no less, would be nice if they could spend a little money on little things like, plug in bath, and just a little love and tender care. But on the whole if you treat it as an adventure great overall. |

The hotel is very nice, and the staff are very good and cooperative, we like the style of the room, it is wide and we like its facilities. Moreover the hotel is near oxford street (about 7 min. Walking) and there is a bus station near the hotel. There are not stairs, so it is preferable to book a lower room. |

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located with easy access to transport. It is in a quiet area of London. The bed was uncomfortable and the room small. The door to the room squeaked. Maybe it's London but I found the hotel expensive for what it is. |

The hotel is very central in a very good location for sightseeing and shopping. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. the free Breakfast was adequate. Will be staying here again on my next trip to London. |

The layout of the hotel, reception was located in the basement and I was on the top floor of the hotel, and had to negotiate, a lot of stairs with all my bags, and no lift to the room |
