Uitstekende ligging, centraal gelegen en toch vrij rustig. Erg vriendelijk onthaal, behulpzame en vriendelijke uitbaters (personeel) prijs / kwaliteit, ik vond het comfort bv in de badkamer erg basis en verwacht toch iets meer voor € 150 per nacht. |

Waren voor inchecktijd in hotel maar konden toch al in kamer. Hotel ligt centraal, 5 minuten van Oxford Street en is dus ideaal voor een shoppingtrip. |

Een geweldig hotel, de glorie van het pand is weliswaar vergaan, maar alles werkt en is schoon. Prima prijs ook voor wat je krijgt.En het personeel is super vriendelijk. En wat ook heerlijk is aan dit hotel is dat het dicht bij Oxford Street ligt, dus dat shoppen till you drop lukt hier wel ! |

I liked the location, very close to Oxford Street. I liked the price, good value for money There was no lift to access the 4th floor (difficult to carry luggage upstairs) The shower cabin was falling apart and the shower fixtures were shaky and about to come off the wall. |

I found the hotel was kept clean and tidy The bedroom furniture was very shabby and needed an update.hardly any hangers in the wardrobe,curtains were falling off. The dining room was inadaquate for the amont of guests in the hotel. The breakfast staff were not very experienced .Also no lift available in the hotel. |

all staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me with my stay, cause I was able to leave my case in the room whilst I was at an interview no really, just that the milk for the tea was a little off and the shower wasn't that powerful. everything else was great |

We got what we paid for no more no less, would be nice if they could spend a little money on little things like, plug in bath, and just a little love and tender care. But on the whole if you treat it as an adventure great overall. |

The hotel is very nice, and the staff are very good and cooperative, we like the style of the room, it is wide and we like its facilities. Moreover the hotel is near oxford street (about 7 min. Walking) and there is a bus station near the hotel. There are not stairs, so it is preferable to book a lower room. |

location no a/c, no towels, no lift, poor shower, generally amateurish and basic ++ although almost saved by the breakfast, which was passable. |

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located with easy access to transport. It is in a quiet area of London. The bed was uncomfortable and the room small. The door to the room squeaked. Maybe it's London but I found the hotel expensive for what it is. |

The hotel is very central in a very good location for sightseeing and shopping. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. the free Breakfast was adequate. Will be staying here again on my next trip to London. |

The layout of the hotel, reception was located in the basement and I was on the top floor of the hotel, and had to negotiate, a lot of stairs with all my bags, and no lift to the room |

location is good for oxford street, and baker street station which is near madame tussuads, staff helped us with our transfer from hotel to the airport, good continental breakfast, clean room, staff very helpful and polite maybe because the hotel has no lift |
