The property is located just off the B5106 road next to the Conwy Water Gardens. Please request full directions by email as Sat Navs will not work and you may not find it easily.
Due to the property location, Internet access is very limited and the connection may be slow. Mobile phone signal is weak in some parts of the house.
Please note that guests are required to vacate their rooms during the day between 11:00 and 16:00 unless prior arrangements are made.
