relaxing. not receiving any details about tribute nights ? also why no mini bar in upgraded rooms ! £105 for b/b for 1 night, we could have had tribute night night and b/b for £120 per couple upgraded room ? |

The pleasant manner with which they changed our initial triple room to a lovely room with two double beds. The Old part of the Hotel although refurbished does let the overall Hotel down and their Triple Rooms in this part of the hotel are far too cramped and should not offered to the Public. |

I have lived in Renfrew for a while so I already was familiar with the Glynhill Hotel and its facilities. Its location is ideal when traveling with public transport. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equiped. (small detail: I didn't have to use my adapters since there was a European (and also an American) socket available.) The double room I was in, is perfect for singel occupancy. If I were traveling with my partner, the room would have been a bit small. The only thing I missed in the room was a clock / alarm (or maybe I haven't been looking properly!) |

The staff are very pleasant and will help you in any way! the facilities at your disposal for the rate you pay is exceptional. I.E the pool and sauna. plus there are two areas to eat different styles of food which is good and unusual for a standard hotel. all in all a good experience and i have stayed in this hotel several times and will continue to when on buisness or pleasure. |

the rooms are very spacious & comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful, the food is excellent. I have visited this hotel several times & recomend it to anyone wanting to stay in the glasgow area. Because it is such a popular hotel parking can some times be a problem. I think parking should be rserved for hotel residents only. |

We reported a faulty toilet on the Sunday night. Needless to say no maintenance man available so they offered to change our room. I gave the cistern a bang or two and it resolved. We stayed in the room with maintenace to come on Monday and fix the problem. They didn't!!!! |
