Det er en rigtig god swimming pool.

Utrolig hård seng og der er meget støj ude fra gangen og den meget trafikeret vej udenfor hotellet.

The location was excellent for us, as so close to family whom we were spending Xmas with. We stayed in a club room , which was spacious enough and nicely furnished. The breakfast was nicely cooked.

The main thing I would comment on which would affect whether we stay again was the friendliness of staff. No one was rude or cheeky, but the staff were really quite indifferent and not friendly. We returned at night after spending Xmas with family and the lady at reception did not even look up to acknowledge us - just to stay hello or did you have a nice evening, etc would make all the difference. Also when we checked out, the girl barely looked at us, did not ask whether we enjoyed our stay or had a good Xmas or anything really. In terms of the hospitality business, these little touches cost nothing, but would make a guest come back.

Good hotel but not restful in any way. We had front bedroom, extremely noisy both from road traffic and hotel function. No air conditioning in bedrooms and very hot and stuffy. Too noisy with open window. As a wheelchair user the hotel disabled facilities were adequate, access to restaurant for breakfast meant going outside.not ideal if cold or wet!

The hotel rooms are a very good size and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was brilliant and the pool/spa area is gorgeous.

From previous stays at the Glynhill, we know we will receive a well equipped room; it will be quiet and it will be comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

This is not a complaint, merely an observation. The check in staff are quick, efficient, get you to your room quick smart - perhaps a little too much. A pleasantry on checking in wouldn't go amiss. The intro was spoken so quickly, it could have been Chinese. We did recognise the room number at the end of the 'speel'. As I said, merely an observation. I know they must say the same thing a hundred times a day, but then so do I, and I still manage to personalise my contact with a member of staff/public.

we have stayed in this hotel a few times as it is close to our home in glasgow. we have attended the tribute nights and also christmas functions and also my nephew had his wedding reception there and we have always found it to be a great experience so much so that my son and his fiance have booked this hotel for their wedding next september. it has a good reputation locally and the company i work for also uses it for employees all in all we had a great stay and look forward to staying again soon

very nice staff. we received an upgrade without asking,lovely birthday treat for me! food was fantastic with an amazing selection at the carvery. great value for money.

Overpriced - rooms very compact and not comparable with web description. Room service food was awful.
