We reported a faulty toilet on the Sunday night. Needless to say no maintenance man available so they offered to change our room. I gave the cistern a bang or two and it resolved. We stayed in the room with maintenace to come on Monday and fix the problem. They didn't!!!! |

The hotel is quite modern on the inside despite having been built in 70's. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated and are clean and comfortable. The "ensuite" bathroom was in the room and walled by semi see through glass which may not suit everybody! |

I have stayed often over the last 2 years and i enjoy the atmosphere, staff and food within the hotel. Your visit can be as busy or quit as you would prefere. The room was very hot and we were unable to open the windows due to the noise of the traffic. Plastic mattress protectors did not help but i understand the neccessity for this. |

Rooms of very good quality, combined with excellent staff and facilities made this a very pleasant trip. Price wise it could be a bit more competitive. |

Friendly staff We booked a club room - The room needed a good clean - one of the chairs had been removed and not replaced. When we arrived the room smelt strongly of cleaning chemicals so we needed to sleep with the window open. It was OK but not excellant would have expected better having paid the extra for a club room. |

Its proximity to the motorway and easy access to Braehead Too busy , crowded impersonal bars and car park overfilled probably by guests having left cars while on holiday abroad. |

The children enjoyed the pool. The hotel was conveniently located. The rooms were quite small. We were disappointed that only carvery was available due to a wedding on that evening. Hotel was quite noisy again due to the wedding. |

That despite arriving much earlier than the check-in time the staff supplied us with a room, much sooner, to enable us to get ready for a family wedding that we were attending. |
