Liked the friendlyness of staff and rooms were more than comfortable

Reception staff need to give more information on the facilities and advise on check in where the dining rooms are including what time they servie until - that said they were friendly when I checked in just didnt provide me with that info

All staff on reception were extremely helpful, approachable and friendly.

The room was very basic and somewhat noisy due to unavoidable traffic. The room was too warm during our stay.

On this occasion the reception staff were very good and the breakfast was excellent

Unfortunately there was a bar of used soap in the shower tray

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the swimming pool was lovely.

Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. The leisure club was excellent for relaxation. Although the outside shower was being upgraded and the inside showers could do with an upgrade. Room was spacious and clean. With tea/coffee facilities.

Cleanliness in the toilet and not the friendly welcome I am used to on arrival at the reception. I felt I had booked one of the cheap rooms so I didn't matter

Location was good

The hotel needs refurnished. The walls in the room and not in good condition and could do with some paint! The carpet outside in the corridor is in a terrible state! Room was too hot and the windows could not be opened due to a function in the hotel - the music was very loud. With a young baby not good.

Family Hotel was very comfortable and suited my needs perfectly. Plenty of soft white towels, breakfast in bed was an option which I took and it was served on a tray beautifully.

I could not work out how to put the power on in the shower so I had a bath instead.

bedside lights did not work. difficulty in finding entrance when parked at other end - apparent entrance not really an entrance, nor does it give access to rooms directly above.

Excellent leisure centre. Friendly staff

Being wakened during both nights I stayed by football teams either partying in the hotel or returning from nights out. They were noisy for about an hour both nights including running about the corridors. Bar beside reception tired and in need of upgrading - didn't use it because seating looked grubby ad decor was poor.

Good friendly atmosphere, plesant staff, clean rooms and food was very good.
