Its location was perfect for our stay whilst visiting family in the local area.Bedroom and bathroom were large and spacious.Meals cooked to perfection and a varied menu ,also a good range of drinks and whiskys behind the bar.

The requested double bed was infact two singles joined together , this produced a massive wide sleeping area. This was fine only the linen and bed covers provided were designed for single beds these naturally parted during the nights resulting in cold bodies and disturbed sleeping paterns.

Room was clean & comfortable. In a good location. Excellent choice for breakfast.

Room temperature - it was boiling!

Leisure facilities in desperate need of an "upgrade" ! Changing rooms were not "inviting" and the amount of old/worn/dirty trainers lying about was not hygienic to put it mildly! Access via the link was not safe with cloths/buckets to catch the leaking roof water spread across the stairs. Sorry this should really be in the section below!

The staff at the hotel were very professional, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy and food was of a high standard.

On arrival the room we were given had paint peeling off and cracked tiles in the bathroom. We had booked and paid for a standard troom and this was obviously an economy room. When we asked to change rooms the receptionist agreed it was an economy room. However, they did give us another room which was much better.

The service was excellent - the staff made every effort to help us during our entire stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant served excellent food with good variety and at reasonable prices.

I booked this hotel for business for three people as it was requested by the company MD. It is well appointed and comfortable and there are absolutely no complaints about the hotel at all, its of a high standard.

The reception take the money against the rooms the first morning of the bookings (before the guests have arrived) so the MDs card, upon which the bookings had been held, had all charges on it. He then had to collect all the fees from the other guests who are from abroad and are carrying a limited amount of sterling. Do the management of this hotel expect their guests to decamp? On this basis I can't recommend this hotel for business and will not be using again. What a pity.

Leisure hotel, good for events and family functions. Very good breakfast! Good bar restaurant for sports lovers! Indoor pool is very clean. Good parking space.

Very pleased with all aspects of the hotel and facilities. Staff were friendly efficient and helpful and at the same time unobtrusive. I would be more than happy to use the hotel again and recommend it to others.

My room was quiet, which was good. I did want to complete the comments form left there, but there was no pen!! After leaving my room at 10.30am and not returning until 2.30pm I was surprised to find the room had not been serviced. Please insert a page in the room hotel guide giving times for check out.

It was very handy to the Airport. The room was nice. There was entertainment over Easter which was great. On the down side no lifts which made hard work for the porter.

We cannot praise this hotel highly enough. The staff are all happy and friendly and the proximity to the airport is excellent. Have stayed here several times and are booked in for more!

We loved the swimming pool and steam rooms. Also the carvery and restaurant were delicious.
