Very friendly made very welcome felt like home
Close to the village with its restaurants and shops. A perfect entry point to hiking or sight-seeing in Snowdonia.
Great hosts, very friendly and helpful Nice breakfast Quiet location
Very convenient. Lovely view from bedroom window. Everything we needed.
- comfortable, clean rooms - picturesque location
- the lady that served us breakfast wasn't particularly nice - host not very attentive - after finishing our breakfast we were asked if we wanted any more toast
Ian and Janet were wonderful hosts. Ian directed us to the house by phone and met us at the door on arrival. The B&B is very comfortable, clean, and the room was perfect for our visit. We were given an A1 breakfast and given suggestions of local attractions and driving directions. A great experience, we'll stay again!
Great hosts and very amenable. Beautiful house and location.
This is the second time we have stayed in one year, very high standards are consistent and we cannot commend them high enough and would certainly recommend the b+b to anyone.keep up the good work.
No complaints at all
Janet and Ian could not have done more to ensure our stay was very comfortable.Thank you!
Janet and Ian went out of their way to accommodate us they made our stay enjoyable the welcome was very warm the breakfast was delicious and the bedrooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable
Everything to be honest. From the welcome to the departure was magnificent.
The bed was slightly uncomfortable but considering the overall aspect of the stay it was negligence.
Great hosts. Very helpful. Good location
Food excellent very clean and a very relaxed atmosphere and a nice walk into the village.
Welcome pleasant, facilities a little dated, Wifi excellent
Seem to be lots of rules in the rooms.... A little dated furniture and decoration
The warm welcome and farewell from the owners. The fact that we were there only one night and treated us as if we were regulars. Checking that everything was to our liking in the room before we settled.
The cooked breakfast could had more variety. Missed some baked beans or cooked tomatoes.
A lovely quiet location and only a short walk away from the town. We were well looked after by our hosts and just wish we could have stayed longer.
Family bedroom was the best I have stayed in. Very roomy and comfortable.
Sausages were ? Speciality. Very spicy and acquired taste. Choice would have been good but cooked breakfast was in the whole very good!
We really took to this place…its location is superb and we were made to feel really welcome. Simply cannot fault it and would love to go back again some day
Lovely couple. Helpful, welcoming. Comfortable room with double and single bed, en-suite. Good choice for breakfast. Very clean.
Nothing to dislike
Excellent location away from Betws-y-Coed village but about a 15 minute leisurely stroll to this delightful village. Guesthouse high above the main road with a slight uphill walk to the front door if you park in the lower area for parking. Very friendly hosts. Room 1 v spacious to be used as a family room, or a twin/double. Good communication with Janet by email prior to arrival. Can't fault this for a place to stay!
Would have liked a bath but Victorian houses rarely have this! Shower good and spacious. Hate the bathrooms without windows and with fan that comes on when you use the toilet. That's just my gripe!
Great welcome and a superb place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable but more than that it was our welcome we all remember. Would totally recommend a stay here
We were left alone but made welcome at thevsame time. Room decor lovely although a bit small. breakfast superb ( we are vegetarians). We reallt enjoyed it here.
What a great hotel, very clean, the owners were lovely so friendly. Would return
Nothing worth watching on the telly,wi-fi reception good but not able to get catchup tv/films on the laptop Just a minor thing didn't spoil our stay
Lovely friendly couple , spotless rooms and stunning views.
We thoroughly enjoyed the view from our bedroom window, the clean and well maintained room, the ease of walking into the town, and the scrummy cooked breakfast.
