The Burleigh is a friendly, family run guesthouse in Hunstanton with a fantastic location in North Norfolk, very close to the town centre, theatre, sea front, promenade and gardens.

cleanliness and food were very good location was fine for our stay. good value bed and breakfast.
being locked out of dining room untill exactly 9am was hilarious !! fowlty towers could have been based on that one moment .
Location brill, owners lovely, stayed over night with a 2 and a 6 year old and they loved it, especially sleeping in the bunk beds lol for a night at £82 for 4 of us it was a bargain and with a breakfast included you couldn't ask for anything more, will deffo stay again x
Nothing to dislike...great value for money
Location and quietness
bare walls in room , TV on the small size no heating and only one towel rail in the bathroom tea and coffee plentiful but not enough sugar when asked owner for more he said they was a charge of 5p per satchet
The room was spotless. The breakfast which was included in the price was generous and well cooked with branded cereal, English breakfast and plenty of toast. Great value without being cheap.
regimental timing for breakfast locked out of dining room till called through felt like back at school
Staff was very rude and bad mannered. It says it welcomes couples although I felt like we were not one bit welcome. The man had a go at us for having a bottle of coke as he has a bar (which we didnt know) then when we did go to the bar was in a dark room for 5 minutes so swiched on a light waited a further 10 minutes and he had another go at us. Urine stains on matress room very dirty. Dirt left in shower of people before us. Very small tv facing the wrong way and too high up to see it. Sad to say I dont have one good thing to say about this hotel apart from location. Wish I had known about the b&b next door 60s theme welcoming staff cheap drinks nicely furnished in bar and lounge. Next time will be staying next door.
Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly staff, very nice stay
As a family we wanted a short break away to see the end of season Buttons firework display. Looking around Skegness for suitable accommodation the Glynvale Hotel had just what we were looking for. The right area, away from the busy town centre and the right distance to walk back though the Skegness lights. Staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent and checked everything for us, as my daughter has a nut allergy.
We had a great weekend and loved everything about our stay. Thank you.
We wanted a few days of peace and quiet in a nice surrounding and we had.
WIFI - Netgear out of date. Parking on a first come basis.
excellent cleanliness , gorgeous breakfast ! lovely hosts . would come again.
wish we had not had bunk beds for girls , single beds would have been better but then that was my fault on booking !!
The room was enough for our needs, no frills just comfort. The beech and town were within walking distance.
The lack of seating even though there was a lounge come bar it was locked a lot of the time.
Just a bit tight in on-suite with not enough shelving.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, gorgeous food.
My wife and I spent our 30th wedding anniversary weekend at the Glynvale Hotel. Thanks to Sue and Norman for their wonderful hospitality and making us feel so welcome, we had a great time. The Hotel has a very homely feel about it and the room was comfortable and clean. From the lovely breakfast perfectly cooked by Sue and the service from the breakfast staff right through to a few drinks in the lovely little bar in the evening with the hosts, all added to a fantastic weekend. Thankyou Sue, Norman & staff. I would definately stay here again and hope to in the future.

Attitude of landlord a guest wanted a snack at 8.45 he didn't appear till 9.15 then said don't do snacks after 9 pm we are not going back nor the other guest because of this
very clean, lovely breakfast.
family room a bit to small, but that's the space they have so can't really complain.
Hosts were welcoming and worked hard to meet our needs. Breakfasts were good.
Rooms were very cramped with nowhere to sit. TVs were hard to see .
The breakfast was ok
The room wasn't cleaned during the day, the towels weren't changed. A can of diet coke cost £1.10
The staff was very friendly ,very clean, and good food.
Was very disappointed that there was no wifi, and breakfast was late,9am we like to get up early.needs new toilet seat because I nearly went into next door,so lose.
