Go Native Aldgate East Apartments    

Very helpful staff, who kindly allowed us check in early. Good location with excellent coffee shop (Exmouth coffee co.), tube station and supermarket very close by. Easy walking distance to Brick Lane - well worth a visit. Clean, excellent condition, well equipped, comfortable and spacious (even with a baby cot we still had plenty of space). Free Wi-Fi is a plus.

The closest tube station (Aldgate East) doesnt have escalator or lift making access with pushchair and luggage difficult.

No lift (apartment on 3rd floor) - I do not mind but some people might.

Location, standard of the accomodation

In a way the lack of human interaction when entering (no reception, all self serviced) but it does work well

Brilliant apartment with everything you could need. Standard size double bed - fine for one person, a squeeze for two! Lovely kitchen area and bathroom. Everything you could need.

The collection of the keys using the entry codes was rather confusing and frustrating if like me you could not open the attachment on the confirmation email on your mobile phone...

Ease of use

In the room 24 the shower was completely obstructed. Impossible to use it without flooding the all (bath room + living room) appartment. Very disapointing

Nice simple modern room, tastefully furnished and very clean. I was surprised how quiet the rooms were since the address was the main Commercial Road, but the apartments were set well back from the road facing onto another street. a no fuss good base for a one night stay.

The 10.00 am check-out and the lack of any facilities to leave luggage, this latter a real nuisance if you want to explore Whitechapel

Microwave didnt seem to work. Managed to get the grill section to work however no heat generated from microwave function. No hot water in the morning unable to have a shower, had to boil the kettle to get any hot water. Disappointed

Whilst being functional, the decor was stylish, tasteful and the whole apartment very comfortable, the only thing lacking is a sofa.

Small and compact suitable for what we required.

Some items missing in Apartment such as no Ice Trays in Fridge, no small brush for brush and pan set. Key codes given for entry were wrong not only on my advice note but other peoples notes as well. Luckily I was there on some occasions to give new tenants advice. Noise from Building nearby was also a disturbance especially at the weekend.

Building works in April 2013 starting earlier than 9am warned in notification were inevitable They didn't bother me as an early riser but would if you wished to lie in or stay around Check before booking if still going on if you want to sleep in Heating not adjustable but windows open Ventilation rather noisy

Really nice apartment, not the nicest of areas but great location still awesome value for money, will definatly come back. When collecting keys put # at the start and end of code

Only downside was workmen banging about right outside our window at 7.30 on a Sunday morning even tho on booking we were told no workers at weekends.

Clean, close to my office. Near pubs and shops. Secure. Bed is comfortable.

The noise from the building site opposite that started at 6.35am and finished at 7pm. Go Native should inform customers of construction work at the time of booking.

Great space, beautifully furnished.

Electricity wasnt working, meaning I couldnt iron my shirt for a business meeting. Was told someone would be out within an hour however it took over 3 hours and I had to arrive to my meeting with a creased shirt. Also couldnt boil tea or make breakfast.

Directions on getting keys and also returned keys were both wrong, and when there is no on site staff this is a very crucial thing they need to get right.

Its really important you print out your confirmation. You need the door code to get into the building and safe code to get your room Key.The apartment is really clean, large and the kitchen is handy. The apartment comes with everything you need including shampoo, toothbrush, hairdryer, TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, iron etc. The bed is comfy. The tube is a few minutes walk from the entrance and Tesco express is in the middle which is handy for supplies
