A little cramped but cosy TV kept turning off after 5 mins....
Location was good
The bathroom light did not go off so I could not sleep. Staff suggested I remove key card but then the slot flashed a very irritating blue light. I asked staff to over over key slot to block light. It was last 1am by the time I got to sleep. Very disappointing. I won't stay Go Native again.
The staffs are racist, the company rob me, I paid for the apartment and didn't get to sleep there..walahi I won't recommend anyone to use it.
I think the apartments are very well designed and equipped. I will definitely stay there again,
The location was very convenient
bedrooms not serviced every day; little provision for coffee tea etc. and nowhere to buy more. Expensive for a single room without breakfast.
No nonsense, self contained, clean and cheap.
Location a bit of a walk fro Lobdon Briidge
Great location, hip bars & restaurants on the street. 10 mins walk to London Bridge station. Fairly quiet. Handy to have self catering. Comfortable bed. Wifi was good.
Extremely hot - room was constantly at 27 degrees Celsius - we had to ask for a fan so we could sleep. Auto sensor light in bathroom is annoying as it would turn off when in the shower. Cupboard doors in kitchen need maintenance - some doors would not stay closed. No tea-towel or dish-rack supplied. Staff were a bit useless & not so friendly. Overall needs some work to bring up the standard - didn't think it was worth the price.
Location, convenience, facilities.
Couldn't switch the lights off in the room
check in time is at 3pm, but check out at 10am in the morning. :(
Easy communication with staff and convenient check in and out. Facilities in the room suited our purpose.
Nothing to mention.
Everything was good, not exceptional but definitely a good place to stay
Had a bit of trouble regulating the temperature.
Room was just too hot.
comfortable bed, well equipped, nice surrounding area
needs air conditioning
Bermondsey Street an interesting, vibrant setting. The room set up is fine and in a quiet location.
The reception area was 'tired'. The room was like a sauna - 28 degrees when I arrived. Leaving the window open and using the fan supplied did little to alleviate the problem. My other beef is that the staff were generally miserable.
The room was nice an clean the view was nice outside new built room
The wifi wasn't working the key to get into the room no sky didn't know how to use some facilities in the room
I booked this hotel around 2 weeks prior to booking. I sent special requests 3 times, asking for a early check in, late check out and a room with a nice view. I didn't receive any response. On the day I received an email stating that we will be staying at 'Go native london bridge' instead. With no explanation as to why. So I gave the hotel a call and they said it was because they where fully booked (even though I made this booking 2 weeks earlier). I wasn't given an apology or offered a discount or anything. So I went to the hotel and looked for parking (as it says on the site there is parking nearby). I couldn't see any so I parked directly infront of the hotel on yellow lines, and ran in to ask where the parking is. The two men behind the desk said there isn't any. I explained it says on the site there's nearby parking for £10 a day. They realised which car park I may have been talking about and gave me directions, saying it's only about a mile or 2 away. (Bare in mind I have suitcases to drag along with me). I couldn't find this car park so I found some off road parking about a mile away. Then, as I'm about to get ready to go out for my birthday, I realise I need to iron my dress. So I look in the cupboard to find an ironing board, but no iron. We looked everywhere in the room but couldn't see one. So we asked the guy at reception who said he'd phone around the other rooms. So we waited a few minutes, then he said sorry he can't get an iron! So I had to go out with a few creases in my dress & my partners top needed ironing too! So just as we thought nothing worse could happen, we discover the TV isn't working and neither is the aircon. After all the chaos with the iron we didn't have time to make another complaint as we were already running late due to the iron situation. But I did tell the receptionist as we were leaving to go out and said the least you can do is give us a late check out.
I loved the lay out , very clever how everything was placed in a compact area . Comfortable and homely.
Explanation of how to extinguish the lights, and the flex on the hair dryer was to short to blow dry hair in front of the mirror . ( important for someone who has to blow my hair every morning, like me ! )
Service and staff attitudes.
Quiet at the back of the accommodation Room was adequate and bed comfortable
Poor location - 15mins walk to London Bridge, residential neighbourhood, not close to bars, shops Room was just ok - would expect more for same price in hotel Corridors dark, grim No aircon or temperature control in room- had to borrow fan from reception
Size of the apartment was excellent and they have made good use of space. It had a dishwasher and washing machine which was surprising.
On a very humid day the heating in the apartment was set at a temperature of 28 degrees. When I asked why the reception said it would not be fixed for 2 days and that I should open a window. I did not check in until 10.30 at night and 30 minutes after setting into the apartment I lost all power in the apartment and the lights went off. It remained like this so I even had to take a shower in the dark in the morning. The fridge smelt of rotten milk and was unuseable and was best avoided.
There is nothing I liked about this place
Very early check out (10am) and I was 30 mins late the staff were banging on the door
No tea or coffee supplied
The door of my room wouldn't open properly and check in took 40 mins and room temperature was v hot and control was broken
Location was great, and with parking! Great value for Central London. More space than most london hotels
Room was quite hot
The location was excellent Staff were friendly and the accommodation clean
The bed was hard and the size of the apartment small and airless
