close to the airport and a Tesco nearby
pricey. A bottle of water in the room would have been nice
This was my my second visit as a result of a successful first. My opinion remains positive; its a worthwhile alternative to an hotel, with much more flexability.
No major problems apart from a neighbour who insisted on slamming his door at 4 in the morming.
-great location (very close to underground and the 24h Tesco where you can buy everything) -friendly staff
- bathroom facilities are really old and urgently need a make-over - lots of noises from the street
Loved the availability of every possible facility both in kitchen and bedroom
location size quality
doors banging shower drain blocked
Location and pretty new.
1. The arrangement of the room. The bed is put right after the entrance whereas the kitchen and sitting room are further inside. The partition between rooms and the corridor is not of the best quality. You can hear the noise outside when people walk pass. 2. The check-in and check out hours. You can only check in after 15H00 and have to check out at 10H00. I do not know what happen to London Service Appartment these days. For hotels in London, they can still stick to check-in at 14H00 and check-out at 12H00. 3. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped, though the heating elements can get overheated easily.
Brilliant facilities and extremely helpful staff, good location near the tube and next to a brilliant Tesco. Modern appliances and comfortable furnishings, quiet environment even on a Saturday night. I would thoroughly recommend!
The appliances are very modern and took a bit of getting used to, however the staff were extremely helpful and explained everything.
Location, ease of getting in, facilities in apartment. Basically a perfect place to stay with friends
The thing I care about most is how clean the place is - and this hotel was up to my high standards!
Great location Off street parking Near by access to tubes Central London isn't too far 24 hour tesco opposite the apartments
Nice room Clean We got a big room that has the kitchen and living room separate from bedroom with great price. love it Good wifi signal Some staffs are nice 500 m from earl court tube station Bus stop 1min from the hotel Big tesco in front of the apartment opens 24 hrs
Late check-in time
Sizeable room, good facilities, shower lovely!
The heat and 10am checkout.
Bedrooms were excellent. Bathrooms were very good c/w supplies of shower gel/shampoo/body lotion and nice towels. Location right beside 24hr Tesco.
Fridge did not work. However, staff did accommodate our food/drinks elsewhere. Couch fabric quite dirty.
Large space. Good kitchen
Enjoyed the location, hospitable staff and good facilities. Will surely visit again.
Room booked was not provided for. No attention given to tenants
The bathrooms in this place resemble a prison. The shower is just separated from the rest of the bathroom by a cheap curtain, and so the floor is common. After any shower the bathroom would have standing water in it covering 80% of the floor - which would not dry for several days. The corners of the bathroom walls were mildewy and rotten, given the whole bathroom a a repulsive smell. The floor wasn't shaped properly to let the water drain into the drain, so it would seep into mildew cracks in the walls. That water is likely rotten the ceilings of the rooms below. I wish I could upload my pictures -- no one would stay here if I could. They should not rent these rooms until they fix them. Very disappointed. Worst stay experience at anything remotely close to this price level. Go Native should be embarrassed.
Well worth value of money The location is close to the knightsbridge and only 20 mins driving to Heathrow airport. Tesco is very close and 247 open.
the cleaning was only once a week and we had to ask for couple of times for the cleaning.
Nobody answering email or phone prior to visit when I wanted to check something
Cleaning only once a week
the rooms are nice, clean and comfy, and the shower is amazing
We arrived around 6pm only to be told that we cannot stay the night. they offered us alternative accommodation at London bridge which made us very uncomfortable, as the reason we booked was to attend a conference which was starting at 8am the following day. In the end they also offered us a taxi ride back and to the place of the conference, which was nice, but I do not think they would offer had I not complained that much. We did miss a movie we had reserved (and paid for) for the evening (London bridge was too far away and it was almost 8pm by the time we got there), but we did not pay for the room because of the inconvenience caused. No cutlery in the kitchen.
Location, WiFi, general room layout, value for money
Beds soft and mushy, couldn't sleep well
Fairly priced hotel in W. London. These apartments have everything you would need for any stay. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom and a large living/sleeping area. There is a large supermarket 2 mins up the road so stock up the fridge!
nothing really not to like! Only small issue is its quite a walk from the underground but too short a journey for a cab.
The room was nice. The bathroom excellent and the kitchen the same. We had everything you need in a house.
We booked a room at Earls Court and they send us to Bermondsey, and after we arrived there they send us, again... finally, to London Bridge. All look the same, but different locations. After all of this they have taken more money from our card. But we received them back after 2 weeks and 5 e-mails.
