very convenient location, comfortable room, free wifi and a lot of extra (e.g. dishwasher, washing machine) which we cannot use during the short stay.
For London the unit was roomy and had good facilities. Clean and bright and convenient for public transport . Overall good value.
Some intuitive and automatic controls were a nuisance. The one push cabinets were a pain but a first world problem really.
Love that you can park at the Tesco next door for £10 a day as a resident. Less than 10 minutes walk from Olympia. Staff were helpful and friendly. Once I got extra pillows it was a comfy stay. Shower is huge and very powerful, very impressed compared to lots of other hotels. White Company toiletries were a lovely treat.
Payment should have been taken instantly at the point of booking but didn't go out until about 3 weeks after. Just be sure the money is there and check it's gone! The kitchen facilities were ok but you have to push the doors in to open and shut and they don't work well at all, makes for very frustrating cooking! The oven come grill come microwave is a bit confusing to operate, but there are instructions so prepare to study these!
24hr Tesco right next door; building quiet and clean. High level of facilities provided including dishwasher and w/machine (tablets provided).
Size, location, cleanliness, kitchen.
Beds are a bit firm, light sensors go off in the bathrooms while taking shower, but all this is minor!
The apartment was well equipped and spacious. We found the location excellent and the staff exceptionally helpful. Great value for money and a much better alternative to a hotel room, the kitchen facilities gave us a lot of flexibility. I will definitely recommend this accomodation to friends. There was an issue with the heating/air con system due to upgrading in the building but staff immediately arranged a fan for us and the apartment was perfectly comfortable temperature wise.
The bed was a little hard for us.
The apartments are all modern and clean, with earls court tube station just down the road! Was very handy having a tesco right next door aswell
The hotwater didn't work so had to go into another room for showers, one of the lights wasn't working
Convenient for Olympia
No heating Terrible wifi reception
Parking was handy across the road Close by to Chelsea & Kensington
Location, it was compact but had everything i needed.
the doors on the kitchen cabinets hard to close once opened and the front door popped opened.
The size of the room was great, good location and great concept
Closing doors (in the kitchen, closet, etc.) was somehow a challenge...
Location with Tesco convenience
External dustbins to throw waste bags
Location Cost Comfort
Very good location right opposite a supermarket and 5/10 min walk from earl court tube station. Kitchen well equipped and staff were lovely. It was a good price too. Couple of lite things like the sink was blocked and the oven was difficult to operate but they were nothing really. It was ideal for me being on a budget so I could cook anDane packed lunches for days out. I would definitely stay there again
No bedroom door Bathroom door didn't shut and it is see through. I don't like wet rooms as the floor is wet for s long time after a shower so it's impractical but o understand its space saving
Good value of money for London. Helpful staff. Well equipped. Good wifi signal.
No cleaning service until 7th day. No heating.
Staff were very helpful. No fuss booking and checking out. Basic but good value
It was freezing and no way to increase heating as its centrally controlled. Staff brought a heater very helpful but not hugely effective
Convenience Cleanliness Tesco nearby Scarsdale Tavern - great place to eat and drink
Noisy generator under window
The bathroom was very dirty and the bin had not been emptied and there was certain things in there that the last people had used if u get my drift the shower was all rusty and had very poor water pressure there was no heating in the room apart from the smallest heater in the lounge that they provided
The location and facilities were excellent
We had a disabled bathroom - which was a bit dated. The tap needed attention, but these were minor points.
Location was great, short walk to the tube and tesco near by. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Room was a good layout and was neither too cold nor too warm. Free wifi was a bonus to all this!
Mattress was quite lumpy and uncomfortable at times. Glass door to bathroom compromised privacy. Kitchen cupboards were frustrating as they wouldn't close properly. Hangers in wardrobe were positioned awkwardly, was hard to get clothes in and out.
Clean! Good bed, good location and a great place for breakfast across the street. Very friendly staff.
The price, but every hotel in Londen is freakingly expensive. Compared to the rest of Londen good value for money.
The room was beautiful and loved the bed, kitchen had everything we needed including tablets for the washer and the dish washer
Nothing that I can think of brill weekend!
Wonderful location.. nice facilities, a beautiful and unconventional way of a 'Studio Apartment.. Would definitely revisit and Recommend for anyone.
wasn't pleased with the sudden price hike with over £30 by Saturday as I intended to extend my stay for another 3days.
