Near the tube near a supermarket really good deal for theory.
good hotel, good location. it was useful to have the kitchen saved a lot cooking own food. can see the appeal for a business man staying there lots of storage and good facilities
the only thing i didn't like was the bins/trash cans in the apartment where very small so by the end of the stay i had a few bags full of trash.
everything was good
i had problem with the door lock ... dont stay in room 613
Spotlessly clean and excellent facilities within the room.
Helpful staff, well equipped. Right next to 24 tesco. Stay in London was simple, comfortable and economical
I stayed 4 nights but there was no offer of fresh towels or linen. Despite saying the heated towel rail would be fixed, it never was despite ice cold temperatures.
Perfect location and comfort of home. Near 24 hour-open tesco is a perfect advantage.
Staff is not very friendly. Also they should provide adopter to tourists since sockets are different from all Europe. We had to wait next morning to look for adaptors.
The room was clean, spacious with sitting area kitchen and small table. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishwasher and there is even a washer/dryer. Comfort as you expect. Nothing fancy by put extremely comfortable and functional
The street noise but only when in the living area. The bedroom is very quiet.
nice equipped kitchen
No cleaning service
The apartment had plenty of space and good to have a separate room for the children.
The apartment we had was very tired and not very clean. With 2 young children it was also a bit of a trek to the tube.
Good clean hotel value for money but no heating in December shocking. They gave us 2 heaters still wasn't good enough and few other clients complained I think I should get some of my money back I'm a frequent traveller I have just arrived back from Madrid hotel could not do enough
There was no heating in the hotel when I challenged the manager his reply was let me look on the website if heating was included. I rest my case
Close proximity of Kensington high street and tube station was only a 10 min wak. Olympia confrence centre was a 10 min walk also. Although there was no early check in was able to leave luggage with reception. Late check out compensated for not been able to check in early. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was a little small and too compact for what I paid Requested early check in but was not available despite calling week in advance and on the morning of booking and once I arrived I was told come back in an hour and 30 minutes. Called to find out if room was ready an hour and 30 minutes later was still not ready so in the end I checked in at the given time of 3pm which is a little late.
its a nice location in kensignton but the place was horrible since the rooms were not well kept . The toilets had a reeking smell and the air con did not work . Were not no made aware of the air con issue till we pointed it out and it was mentioned hat the heating was not working since 2 days and were given a small heater .We had someone enter the room we were in at midnight because the reception gave keys of the room to some other guest . When I mentioned this to the staff at teh reception i was told that these mistakes happen . No apologies , no we will fix it .. just that mistakes happen . never staying there again
Bed Shower Appliances Location
Lighting poor in the main room/kitchen No tea towel or oven gloves Silly small cafatiere Ridiculous sensor on bathroom light, essentially you shower in the dark!
Staff were lovely, we checked in early and there was no problem with that. Room was very clean and well-presented. We had a nice city view from our room. No faults to be found with the accommodation at all. It being a self-catered apartment, we bought groceries and cooked once or twice. Tesco is a two minute walk from the complex, which is very convenient. Transport into central London was very easy, with West Kensington and Earl's Court Tube stations within a 10min walk. Area seemed safe, and we felt comfortable to walk from the tube station to the complex late in the evening. All in all, would recommend and will probably stay again.
We ordered room service on our first two nights. There are two external delivery services used by the complex, and menus are in the room; an Italian restaurant and another, more varied menu. We were impressed by the Italian but were disappointed with the other. The latter's menu suggested an exceptionally high standard of food but in reality it was over-priced and below average! However, this is not a fault of the hotel, as the service is an external one. Cannot find any fault otherwise.
Spacious apartment with comfortable beds. The location is not too far from Earl's Court Underground station. The apartment is next to a huge Tesco supermarket which is open 24 hrs a day. Very convenient! I would definitely book this apartment again.
The shower curtain didn't do its job properly so after having a shower the whole bathroom floor was wet. A mop would've been nice to have. Only 2 towels per person were provided for 4 days but we asked the staff for more towels and they were more than happy to provide us with more fresh towels.
Cute little apartment with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. Bus stop in front of the main door, Tesco next door, metro 10min walk away. Good area with lots of cafes and restaurants
Size of room kitchen
Too early check out 10 am
location and the price of the room, perfect for long stay.
rooms were really small.
My room was well appointed and perfect for 2 x guests.
The TV didn't work. There was extensive building work starting at 8am outside our rooms each morning. We were informed that although we were staying for 8 nights, the room would NOT be cleaned until the 7th night! Somewhat strange?
very clean, good facilities
bathroom door didn't shut and the floor didn't slope in the shower so water flooded floor everywhere.
very clean, great kitchen facilities (esp dishwasher and fridge), decent living room area.
Internet access kept turning off and then details has to be re-entered - quite frustrating. The room was exceptionally hot at night.
Excellent location and facilities with families travelling with young kids, we had a comfortable cot and high chair in our room. The bed was also very comfortable if short a bit:), the staff helpful and knowledgeable. Great location, metro a short walk away, while bus stop is in front of the hotel.
It was difficult to find the cutlery, but finally we managed it:)
Convenient location and decently sized little apartments if you need to spend a week or two in London.
It's a hive of small apartments and therefore tends to become pretty noisy at times.
it accomodate a family with enough facilities to spend a holiday not far from central London
the cleaning facilities should be regular because it was difficult to remove dust under the bed with small hand brush or a hoover should be available i was allergty to dust n fell ill and to go to doctor and 250 pounds on doctors fees plus medcines expenses
